Two of these are significantly biased as it will specifically help their companies/industries. This is a terrible project. Sure, temporary constructions jobs are provided and Franklin will get jobs but what happens to the beauty of the North Country? You destroy it. Tourists will stop coming and our economy and natural beauty will be gone. Bury your lines or keep them in the towns that will benefit. The project will be far more harmful than helpful.
The New England states have set aggressive goals for reducing carbon emissions as part of their climate change action plans through conservation and regionalized renewable green energy projects like hydro, wind, solar and biomass. One initiative that is devastating to advancing these goals is Hydro Québec’s Northern Pass HVDC power line project designed to import up to 1,200 megawatts of electric power from Canada into the lower New England power grid at two cents per Kilowatt Hour or less.
PSNH can go to hell and fry.

I'm sure that PSNH has our best interests in mind by running a huge property value crushing scar down the face of our beautiful state and home.
