@tigersharkot I guess it could be, it may also be the wind pushing up that flap as they go by. Honestly I doubt it was running, they were taking it to Atlanta from Chattanooga. Really couldn't imagine they'd need 34 axles of power for this train. Most likely only the 1st 3 engines were running.
