Although both these actors have great voice, in my mind, I don't see either of them voicing him (No offense to you). Both actors have that "gruff" (I don't know how else to describe it) edge to there voice that I imagive Scourge having, but I just feel that they are too "old" for Scouge. I imagine scourge with an edgy, yet younger voice( probably mid to late 20s.. maybe even early 30s). Unfortunatley, I don't know many actors so I can't give you specific names. But that is just my opinion.

@XeonShoryu I think Scourge is better off sounding different. He looks like a typical 60's-70's greaser, and they traditionally have a bit of a lingo and an accent, just like how a lot a stereotypical surfer/skater dudes do. He also got slashed across the chest, and hard, if you haven't noticed the scars. I bet that would affect his lungs, make him have a bit of an edgy voice.

I haven't gotten this far in the comics, yet, but from what I've heard of him I'd have to go with James Woods because his voice can be furiously terrifying as well as passively nonchalant in a very funny, very dark kind of way. I think it's that sort of voice that would suit Scourge.
