STEFAN EDBERG LEGGENDAC VIVENTE.LUI,SAMPRAS,FEDERER,BECKER,LAVER,MCNROE TRA I POCHISSIMI A ESSERE AMMIRATI E AMATI DA TUTTI.EMBLEMA INSUPERABILE DI EDUCAZIONE E CIVILTA',MODELLO UNIVERSALE DI ELEGANZA E CLASSE.!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
What I love about Youtube is that it is an unmoderated forum in which frustrated fux can vent their bitter spleen, and in which talented verbal snipers can exchange headshots.
This fellow was a freaking racist turd, even though he was a great player, and was #2 on my list of great players after Pete Sampras, he set a bad precedent of racism by disagreeing to travel to India in 1996 for Davis Cup when he said:
" I am not ready to go there because I might catch a weird disease there", Vijay Amritraj also commented that he lost all his fans in India with this comment of his.
Anyway, no big deal, he looks like a stuck up White supremacist, so no wonder, still a great
supamaka - you're an idiot and have a severe chip on your shoulder...I'm Indian and I find nothing racist in his statement - misinformed maybe although even that may be debated.
Whenever I visit India I always get at least one digestive bug, even if I am careful about drinking boiled and bottled water and eating thoroughly cooked foods.
Stefan was such a great player, but great returners like Andre would feast on that kick serve he hit 90 to 100 miles per hour. Terrific backhand, superb volleys, but that forehand was a liability. Forced into retirement at 28 years old. The game passed him by.
ok to my defense i know mcencoe but i never saw him play because i was too young :-)) but ok he was one of the best players but he definitely was NO gentleman *gggg*
ma dopo ha giocato la finale della coppa davis vs Francia, putroppo nel primo match vs Pioline , si ha fatto molto male alla caviglia, ha finito male :( Poverino Stefan
I guess tennis got as good as edberg and then started getting worse...

If I were an athlete that could ruin my season.

what ABOUT McEnroe? McEnroe has the best hands ever, an artist. To me Stefan and McEnroe have been the best volleyers ever.

Agree with ya. He was a bad ass mad man but his net game was the most natural and artistic ever. You should watch some of Mac's videos on you tube.
