There'd be way too many licenses to deal with. First there's Marvel and Shonen itself. Then you have Toei, Viz, Disney, Paramount, Universal, and many other companies on both ends that would make this harder to get than Tatsunoko vs Capcom

Secondly Marvel is an american comic book company famous for characters such as Spider-Man, Thor, Captian American, etc. They also have theIr own studio called Marvel Studios. They also have created a seperate line of comic books featuring the same characters(with new ones) but reimagined for the our generation. This branch of Marvel is called Ultimate Marvel. These stories are only like 11 years old at the most. Marvels main rival is DC Comics.
