@GFXMasterHD I spent about two hours on this one. Between the completely smashed glass and the bluetooth/wi-fi cable... it was one of the more challenging iPads we've seen. Most of these take me an hour or less. That's why we decided to do the video with this one.  :)

@NotInABoxJohanna I don't actually know. This was an iPad that came in from out of state (we're a nationwide repair center). With all of the damage, I was afraid to ask the client what happened. I can only begin to speculate...
