Other then that, for the song to sound original, and to be the original notes, in this case the Capo must be on the third. I am not demeaning his performance, just stating the facts.

A song can be played in any key. It is each successive notes relative pitch that makes the melody. You should study music a little before you critique it. His guitar sounded a little out of tune, but that could be just in the recording or it could be caused by the capo for any number of reasons. Ace, you sing and play better than I. The Guitar is tuned one step down DGCFAD instead of EADGBE. The DGCFAD tuning fits better with my voice (My voice cannot reach high notes that easily)
