  • Wow, that looks better than most gym equipment I've seen. Well done dude

  • I like it! Very cool! Good Workout!

  • Sweet. .120" or 11 gage should handle a 500# barbell set no problem. Nice design

and construction . I made mine out of 2X2 square and pipe for weight holders. It will

hold a ton , though not as eye pleasing as yours . I'm off to HD for some orange Rustoleum... lol.

  • How did you make this? Fantastic work, well thought out. I have been trying to buy or make a heavy bag stand but they are usually too weak or light. Well done!

  • I couldn't guess at maximum safe work load but the main beams are 2.5x2.5 x.120 wall tubing and the top bar is 2x2x.250. It's built heavier than anything at my gym. By the time I add the weight storage racks that tie the front and back legs together it should support the engine from my pickup truck. :-) I do need to strengthen the bag hanger though.

  • hey....awesome!!! so proud of you. what is the weight resistance? Just want to be sure you are safe.

I emailed the guy about my bumper plates...I'm so itching to do deadlift workout haha and I want to try if I can still squat 170 lbs...it's been ages.
