  • pizza hut sooo good......lololol but i dnt hve it coz it wwrecks ur whole week in 45 min,,,lol..

  • Organic organic organic organic. It's just bullshit from corporation who want you to think that the more expensive a product is, the better it is for you.

  • @santosbl01 sadly it is - good idea, is a big fat lie in reality

  • Environment must be considered as much as nutrition. One thing I notice about N, she is not sufficiently aware of the degree of distress mother Earth is in. I wish she mentioned it a bit in every or most videos. The most burning issue stays unhighlighted?

  • THe only real organic veggies are the ones that are grown in your own garden, fertilized with cow poop and rotten leafs and grass. Everything else is just what you get at the store...

  • This would be good for kids to prepare, but I was really hoping it would be a recipe from scratch. Maybe with a whole wheat crust recipe, which I still haven't found. Still on the lookout...

  • she messed it up with that frozen pizza

  • "Gimmie a napkin, my mouth is waterin'!"

  • I miss Natalie.

  • hey like uv said ur not a professonal chef quick tip... ur knife needs sharpening! itll help u cut really thin slices

  • i think you could replace aunt sandy on "semi-homeade"

  • Don't talk when eating, no manners at all... XD

  • Oh yes, I know a lot of stores where you can buy a fifth of a green or red pepper, a half of an onion, a quarter of a tomato, a half a bag of shredded cheese.... you have to figure the cost on what you can purchase in total... you may possibly use it on some other meal but possibly not.... that is one of the reasons why most of the time you can't trust stories that say 'dinner for four - under $10 bucks' because if you go to the store and buy the items... it costs way more than $10 bucks

  • it costs $3.99 without all the special toppings... by the time you buy mushrooms, peppers, garlic etc... it costs about $15....

  • @Alanef1962 yes but she only used like 1/5 of a pepper and 1/4 tomato etc so really it would end up being about 7.50 a pizza and IF you make your own crust ..granted you have to get cheese and use more sauce but it could be done for about $5.00 AND you can use the 4/5 pepper and 1/3 jalepeno etc in something else. The math 1/5pepper$.80+1/4tomato$.30+3mushroom$.80+garlic$.30+spinach$.70+onion.30+jalepeno$.25+wheat flour crust$.50+cheese$.75+sauce$.30=$5!! LOL healthy & lower cost than you think

  • I HATED IT !!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Xd

  • the dough is not healthy. sure, the pizza has vegetables on the top, but it doesn't make it healthy.

  • @chocolatechipcokies I agree. If she had used 100% whole grain crust then it would've been.

  • u look more delicious than pizza.

  • @same270 gtfo

  • @same270 "get the fuuuck outta heere" Pauly D

  • @TheZoelzer2 sorry sweetheart but anger doesnt suits you anyways i didnt mean to be flirty or dirty i just said what i felt if that felt u bad so sorry about that , no heart feelings at all cheers.

  • I LOVE YOU GIRL :D

  • great recipe

  • yum

  • i rlly wish that you would make more vids natalie

  • Cool video you cook alot like me I just made a cooking video about cooking frozen pizza too!

  • Natalie you are so damn cutsie; you make me feel guilty for being attracted to you

  • i dont eat pizza to be healthy. i throw all the heart stopping topping on that mother fucker.

  • I really enjoy your videos on healthy eating and cooking. Ive learned alot and apply it to my daily life. thank you so much!

  • Gong to make this tonight :)

  • no mention of the crust- the biggest concern-gluten, yeast ?? well.. how stupid. The 365 brand is not organic unless it specifially says organic proceeding every single ingredient- and this is directly from whole foods mouth- there are better ones with no gluten or yerst, or better yet use a sprouted grain wrap and make your own.. even less expensive- the wraps crisp up so they won't bend

  • so you don't need to cook the mushrooms, garlic and onions before putting them on the pizza?

  • the video starts at 1:28 before that it's about what the title of the video already said.

  • so basically you're just making an expensive organic frozen pizza by adding veggies. one way to make this cheaper is to not buy organic, it is a rip off. the amount of pesticides put onto the veggies will not cause any harm.

also this is not really a how to cook video, but more like a how to make a frozen pizza more nutritious.

other than that, five stars for promoting health!

  • That was awesome - Why aren't you on FoodTV ? From an acting view point you are amazing - Your description of your product - then the way eat the pizza - make a yummy sound - then describe how good it is after you took a bite was very professional. You make your video's look so easy to do which is a sign of skill, knowledge, and professionalism. Good job

  • Great video and great enthusiasm.

  • Maybe, I will try.***

  • mariage material but I couldn't let her take my peperoni lol

  • Looks good, nice video.

  • so basically you are putting vegetables on a frozen pizza. ok, that took about 30 seconds not 13 minutes... :( actually make a pizza next tim

  • Unless that pizza was made with whole wheat flour its probably not that great for you.

  • uncured pepperoni tastes like crap...

  • Comment removed

  • I thought you were going to make a pizza. You bought a frozen one from the store and threw some vegetables on it. Thanks for nothing.

  • i like what you make in your videos but you talk to much instead of just cooking or just cook and talk. i have to stop watching cause i get bored. try to cook and talk at the same time.

  • Would you consider marrying me? You are the only woman I've ever seen that cared about what she cooked.

  • she i smine

  • Once again thanks Natalie. Your recepie ideas are incredible.

  • Comment removed

  • do you have research to back this up? there has to be some FDA regulation on what can be labeled organic... any info you have would be appreciated! thx!

  • there is. Xiia0Sn00py is wrong.

  • but i hate those damn prices ...they arre to expensive and i want to be healthy without msg and such bt its freakin expensive...fuck

  • there's a solution if you have a sunny plot of land...

  • it's illegal to use the "organic" label if any pesticides are applied.

  • omg oyur making mer hungry, I'm trying to loose ten pounds. ^_^

  • 10 pounds is easy as hell , iworked out for a week and lost 10 pounds

  • 10 pounds in a week? very unhealthy..

  • how much do you cost

  • awesome!, i've been doing this for a very long time.

glad you're sharing the good news!

    thanks

  • I watched your video for the first time. I subscribed :)

  • Thank you for your videos!

  • question: how do you tell the difference between fruits and vegetables?

Is it by taste, if the food has seeds

    or what?

  • ur hot

  • do u think we are all healthy coo coo nuts that will turn anorixic about ur diets?

  • hmm i dont like the toppings you put so i will choose my own

  • Thanks for that! I'm only 11 and only 7 stone, but i'm sure this will help me lose weight! :-D

  • its not about losing weight, its about making sure that you get all the nutrients in ur diet. this being said, your 7 stone, you dont need to loose any more!

  • that's not even overweight, how tall are you?

  • Comment removed

  • about 5 1/4 feet high

  • then you are good, remember that at your age all girls have perfect bodies. Don't worry about losing weight. Just try to maintain because you are still growing. But its great that you want to eat healthy at your age.

  • i'm a boy :P

  • oh my bad LOL, then you really should not try to lose weight. Im so sorry. :-)

  • yum cool

  • I love homemade pizza's. Personally, I wouldn't buy the premade kind, you can get the pizza bread in the store very expensively. Add olive oil and minced garlic as a base, lowfat cheese and all the healthy ingredients. Delicious! It will be a while before I'll order out again.

  • that chick is hot!

  • I know this will sound rather odd- but.. I really like her protruding bunny ears. She's pretty.

  • where did she go? why isnt she still making videos???

  • I wish she was still around to show us more recipes like these :(

  • This shit would be so boring if she weren't so pretty

  • Awesome!

We need more nutrition by natalie!

  • LOVED IT

  • I just tried this out tonight, and it was DELICIOUS. My roommates were cracking up that I was removing all the pepperoni, and spending all this time chopping up veggies. Until I gave them a slice of the final product; it was exploding with taste! I was like, get your own power-pizza! Seriously, on a college budget, and trying to pack in as much nutrients as possible to boost my workouts and all-round health, I couldn't have asked for a cooler way to approach pizza differently. Thanks!

  • NyloStar: Did you get the same "365 Uncured Pepperoni Pizza" as Natalie? If so, how much did you pay for the pizza (not including the cost of the extra toppings)?

  • I used a Tony's Pepperoni pizza; I looked for the 365 uncured pizza, but unfortunately couldn't find it in the pizza section.

On up up-side, I found 1 serving of Tony's (1/3 of the pizza) came to about 380--410 calories. 1 serving of Red Baron had around 596 calories, and 1 serving of Pizza Hut had 806.

My pizza cost was around $3.50 or $3.75. It was a cheap cost, it was definitely filling because of the vegetables, and it was delicious :)

  • NyloStar: thanks for the fast reply. I looked online, and I think that the "365" pizza is an exclusive brand sold at Whole Foods Market. They're the world's largest retailer of natural and organic foods, with stores throughout North America and the United Kingdom.

  • This is so simple, but I had to see how easy living healthy really is,thank you Psychetruth and Natalie, love from Norway..

  • she is amazing! i love her!

  • i love natalies videos but i hate the way she always brings up organic food!

  • Natalie, I want a wife exactly like you :)

  • Garlic threw me off. but the rest is cool.

    tnx

  • I'd hit it

  • Yuck....I would rather eat the pizza she bought from the box lol.

  • To make a healthy "pizza", you can use a whole wheat wrap, pizza sauce, some light cheeze on top, and add other toppings that you want. Pop it in the over for about 10min.

I buy the all of the ingredients from Trader Joe's and it comes out pretty darn good!

  • Applaud her, first of all, for being a great person.

  • i can't belive i watched this. I thought she was going to make a helthy pizza from scratch - she bought it and added toppings.

She could have mad the dough herself and the sauce - maybe even used half fat cheese. I know this sounds harsh - but if she taught you guys anything that you didn't already know then you must have limited culinary skills.

    Good luck

  • I agree. Making pizza from scratch does take some patience, though.

  • you could buy the base and then do the rest yourself.

  • Correct. The base is what takes a long time. You can get creative with the toppings. :-)

  • True, but if you make the whole thing yourself exactly how you want it, it'll feel and taste so much better.

  • Man I dont have a whole foods in my town.

  • Woah... seriously? I heard about thart shit on "Dr. Phil", but... damn.

  • Totally serious. huckabilly desert casino town.

  • What about trader joes? They are basically the same but cheaper.

  • As a chef in training, I must say that a nutritionist doesn't have to be a chef, but a chef should be some sort of nutritionist. Natalie has improved my nutritional awareness immensely. Thank you!

Awesome vid by the way. Anybody notice the music matches Natalie? Soothing and beautiful...

  • This music is so relaxing lol Anyways, I think a pizza gets most of its calories from its bread and its cheese.

Natalie shows a quick and easy way to make a healthier pizza than you might normally buy.

One can make an even healthier pizza from scratch however.

Making whole wheat dough from scratch and adding your own tomato sauce from scratch is a good start. Then adding like toppings from this video would be a better. It's just much more work this way.

  • Thank you Natalie. You're awesome!

  • you can tell that Natalie is very passionate about the subject of health and nutrition, which is very reassuring. when looking around youtube, you find one or two good vids from someone only to later find out they were baiting you to buy something. Natalie has over 70 vids on here!

  • become my wife now!!!!!!!!

  • Ok! Now I am officially hungry!!! :P

  • Saturated animal fat is perfectly healthy, there's no such thing as bad cholesterol, anything done to milk like reducing its fat content makes it unhealthy, the pizza crust probably isn't made from sprouted grains. When grains are sprouted the phytates are neutralized. Get "Nourishing Traditions" by Sally Fallon.

  • its still ANIMAL making your body Acidic and messing up the PH level creating Mucus & Acids.. Which its a perfect state for Disease to Live in.

  • omg, that looks exactly like my apartments

  • you made me hungry LOL

  • Wumi!!!! Now i need to eat pizza :) i will make my own doh... Love all your video!! Keep lurning girl....

  • Don't be such a grammar Nazi.

Pronunciation is largely determined by dialect and location; hence people have "accents".

According to the Webster's Revised Unabridged Dictionary, the pronunciation is

    Spin"ach\, Spinage \Spin"age\

So the way she pronounced the word is actually recognized as a correct usage in the Webster's dictionary.

  • Yea, you're right and the dictionary is wrong. Cheers.

  • @calsweet does it matter

  • That does look amazing.

  • thank you Natali

  • I like to make my pizza starting from scratch. I use whole wheat flower, water and a teaspoon of olive oild for the crust. On top: all veggies, spices and a little lean cheese. Bon appetit!

  • You may want to try whole wheat flour vs whole wheat flower.

  • Hi can speak Engliesh, hi learn it from a boooook!

  • natalie, you make me wanna cook pizza just the way you want healthily.you look nice too!

  • What a dumb comment. If humans weren't meant to eat meat, you'd have a mouthful of molars. As it is, you've got incisors and canine teeth as well. Hence we're omnivores.

  • There is so much out there that most people don't know.

If people stopped eating meat we would have a dramatic change in people dying of heart disease, stroke and cancer.

ALSO, meat production is the #1 cause of global warming & eliminates more green house gases than all trucks and cars combine.

If we aren't suppose to eat humans, then why are they made of meat?

thats RIGHT... we don't eat humans.. cause it doesn't make any sense.. right? same concept.

  • I don't think this should be classified as healthy. Maybe it's not the most unhealthy recipe but it's definitely not "healthy"!

  • thank you for saying that!

  • I'd like to share a pizza with you natalie ;D haha

  • Nat; Not only is that Pizza perfect, but so are You... If I was 40 years younger you would be my Number one obsession... By the way Why don't do you have any videos on Green Foods like Spirulina and Chorella not to mention Alfalfa...

  • she looks very very healthy and clean nice skin too

  • A little olive oil drizzled on top of the veg would be yummy. Natalie, how much sugar was in the crust?

  • I love pizza!

  • Pizza is healthy. Americans bastardized what the Neopolitan people have been eating for eons. I hate the way no one in America knows how good pizza really is because we all eat crap.

  • i liked costco pizza before they went all deep fry like dominos and pizza hut. WTF! i loooved that pre baked pizza.

  • i overcooked mine a little bit T__T but it still tastes awesome!

  • Ok, I made pizza but this time I used whole wheat flour. It actually came out pretty good. I usually use regular four. I made six of them; pepper, onion, tomato; pepperoni, sausage, and cheese. I used left over spaghetti sauce. However I should have made a spinach pizza, but oh well, next time.

  • I don't like the way you use the knife Natalie. I find if you use a chef's knife with a deep throat you can hold the pepper with one hand and without lifting the knife blade off the board you can cut the vegetable safer by keeping the tip of the knife on the board and just cutting the food with the heel of the knife. It's also easier to cut or mince garlic that way too! lol Oh and btw, you rock, thank you again.

  • Hey Natalie, and you throw the removed pepperoni away?

What about your hungry planet video?

  • lookin good natalie

  • are mushrooms really good for you?

  • they "eat" (consume) shit and live in the dark.

    Judge for yourself.

  • lol

  • Not all mushrooms are grown that way. Plus vegtables are grown in dirt but everyone knows they are wonderful for you.

  • Great video I can't wait to try this. :)

  • that was wonderful

  • Just get a bread shell & add whatever you want. I make a base of olive oil, chopped tomates & chopped spinach & the add more veggies & rennet free cheese.

  • Adding all those vegetables is good, but keep in mind that heat at a certain temperature kills the natural enzymes in produce, which is why it's a good idea to eat veges and fruits raw. Sure, certain produces antioxidants can be increased through heat, but it's at the expense of the enzymes. Garlic for example works best minced up on a salad. When it's cooked and added to sauces, etc. you get the flavor but the anti-viral properties are killed off.

  • This pizza is a fave at my house now. One thing I do differently is put the spinach on the cutting board and run the knife through it a couple of times so you don't end up with long stringy pieces when you eat it.

    Natalie is awesome. =:-p

  • I do something similar with the pizzas I cook for my family. Thanks Natalie!

  • I want some of that pizza..

  • put it in my favorites before it even started XD

  • this solves evrything!tnx soo much!

  • FAAAAAABULOUS!!

  • loved the video. Thank you!

  • I have watched alot of your videos and have found them very interesting and extremely informative.
