  • Yeah this is totally not like talking on your cellphone while driving. Even if you're not holding up traffic, this borders on illegality for the basic fact that you're not focusing on driving your car, but instead on feeling self important and like some kind of pariah for a long dead reform Jewish rabbi

  • Just a couple of points in response:

    1. You are very angry and judgmental

    2. And yes, atheism is a religion.

  • Just found this Tony! Great work! Thanks for being an encouragement to carry on for the sake of the gospel!

  • I DISAGREE that it is admirable or noble to prostelitize.

If you peddle a doctrine that teaches trusting and gullible children to LOATHE themselves, and fear ETERNAL DAMNATION if they don't submit and believe, without ANY supporting evidence for your position, is that NOBLE?

People who peddle their beliefs are EVIL if their arrogant beliefs sprout from intellectual dishonesty and a selfish desire to feel morally superior, which is precisely what Christianity, Islam and almost all religions do.

  • I posted your comment for one reason: so other viewers can see a prime example of the sanctimonious, intolerant, judgmental hypocrisy of people who out of the other side of their mouth would likely demand tolerance for all.

Thanks for validating so much of what the Bible says. See Psalm 14:1-3 and Romans 1:16-32 for more information.

  • great job preaching man 5 stars~

  • Why do you preach this on the streets? Is church not the place to go to preach? I may only be 17 but I see this as extremely ignorant. I would not completely love to hear your voice preaching while I am driving down the road. I have only been to church once in my life and shall never go back again unless I am asked to since I, unlike you, am a considerate person. Please, keep you opinions out of the streets...it maybe be a public area but its an annoyance...

  • Matthew Chapter 22:8-10 is a great explanation. I do not know if you have a bible or read the bible, but if you would like me to explain this to you I would be very happy to :)

  • you dont care much for the 1st amendment hey?

  • In the long and short run its only causing hostility, in our communities everyone is never going to agree on everything, i know its a strange way of stating double negative, but its true, too many walks of life and too many beliefs. I only can say if you wish others to be saved, dont use tactics that promote agression, save those who find your god in thier own way, stop trying to force it

  • I dont usually post comments on youtube due to the fact that most videos i feel are only for my own entertainment, but this one stood out to me, im an agnostic athiest, i was brought up in a houshold that ebraced the idea of free religion and free thought, my grandmother on the otherhand is a devout christian, I say to each his or her own follow your own faith, and i say faith because religion is too strong of a idea, although your taught to preach and save others so they may be saved... cont...

  • Great job!

  • I am a street preacher as well, but in the video, the light is red the other direction, which means that your light was green. also, traffic was proceeding in the other direction.

It seems to me that you were holding up the traffic.

Just looked that way - maybe I am wrong..

  • Yep. You're wrong.

  • I have done this - my friend even had a speaker in his car - fun stuff!!

  • 98% of these people will now never go to church or bother with learning more...

  • 98% of those on the streets corners supporting that which God considers evil will likely never step inside a church anyways. And 98% of those inside the church do not love those on the street corner enough to warn them about the wrath of God to come and to bring them the message about the only One who can save them--the Gospel of Jesus Christ.

To which 98% do you belong?

  • Sad.

  • this is why "Christianity"turns people off. should I really rip you apart. should I point out to you every "biblical sin" i see you spouting over a megaphone? just in this vid. You dont get it. all that time wasted pointing fingers at people on a street corner; time you could have spent working on yourself. you missed His message. He never you knew you.

  • Spend some time reading Matthew 5-7. I hope that you will repent and believe the gospel.

  • yes yes Matthew 7:1. turn off the megaphone.

  • Sorry. Matthew 7:1 does not mean "turn off the megaphone." It would be ironic if it wasn't so very common that you would choose Matthew 7:1 as your response. A clear indication of hypocrisy is to apply a standard to others to which one is unwilling to apply to oneself.

You have also shown that you have no idea what the verse means, but this is to be expected (1 Corinthians 2:14).

I continue to hope you will repent and believe the gospel; but your comments here have come to an end.

  • What kind of evidence do you have that He doesn't spend "working on himself"? How do you know that he hasn't dealt with his own sin first before helping others? Have you spent time with him when he is not on You tube? Can you see what goes on in his private life?

  • There are laws in most of Canada that require a license for an Automotive P.A. System to be used.

The gospel is being preached! REJOICE!

    God bless,

  • Chalaylee,

Unfortunately for you and others who think as you do, you don't get to set the standard. God does.

    Romans 1:18-32

    Romans 9:14-26

    1 Corinthians 6:9-10

    1 Timothy 1:8-11

What will you do on that great and terrible day, Chalaylee, when you stand before Him?

You will bow your knee (Philippians 2:5-11).

My hope for you is that God will allow you to repent and believe the Gospel before it is too late for you.

  • so should we make it illegal to divorce? and should we make it illegal for non-christians to marry? There are even denominations within christianity that perform gay marriages, and realize that homosexuality is not a choice, but a part of who someone is.

you can not make a gay person straight any more than you can make a straight person gay.

if it is a sin against god, then god shouldn't have made them that way.

  • Good video!

  • awesome theology!!!!

  • Thanks Tony!

  • Hi Tony, I love you! But let me just say that my initial response to this video is......cheesy evangelism. I know the right mindset is obedience first and results second but was this a wise thing to do since the crowd seemed to get louder and more hateful as you preached? I realise it was safer to stay in the car, I guess my concern is that they heard and understood the message clearly. Just thinking............

  • Oh, they heard and understood it clearly. Hence the reaction.

And what should we expect a God-hating crowd to do when they hear the Law and the Gospel but to get louder and more hateful?

As far as the perceived cheesiness of the approach, well, I'm all right with that.

    Whatever it takes. :-)

  • I feel like a gutless Christian. I pass out tracts but that's it. I don't have the guts to reach out like this even though from an eternal perspective, we are trying to pull people from a bottomless pit of eternal seperation from God. These people could die tomarrow or next year whenever. I'm so happy Lawman is at least trying to rescue them.

  • Don't feel gutless. The fact that you are passing out tracts means you care for the lost more than the majority of people who call themselves Christians.

Evangelism has far less to do with guts and far more to do with love, faith, and obedience. Remember, greater is He that is in you than he that is in the world.

Purpose in your heart and mind to take one step, no matter how small, outside your comfort zone. And then rejoice that the Lord gave you the faith to do it. :-)

  • agnstheflow, you're not gutless at all, well done good and faithful servant. You're being a Watchman, that's more than many Christians do. I did tracts only, then, as I got to know Scripture more,. I started to witness. Good preaching brother Tony. God bless you.

  • Tony... you are amazing. I so wish that I had someone to learn from one-on-one when it comes to open-air preaching. Praise God for your courage.... I learn a lot from you when you preach...keep it up, for His glory!

  • Good Job! It would be a lot safe though to record it then play in with a tape player, but thats just me

  • This makes me both cringe and feel ashamed for not doing evangelism. How do you make yourself do it?

  • Well done brother!

  • Being an obnoxious, hateful street preacher is a greater sin than any love one person can feel for another.

  • How very judgmental of you. But again, that is the typical, hypocritical mantra of those who hate God and love sin. Many who read your comment--people who DON'T hate you--will be praying for you.

Now that you've judged me I'm wondering...do you consider yourself to be a good person?

  • I hold myself to a very strict moral code. I just don't cram it down everybody else's throat.

  • Well, unless your strict moral code is perfection it will not help you in the end. And if you see the proclamation of the Law and the Gospel as "cramming it down everybody else's throat," then that is evidence that your moral code may not be as strict as you think. Because Jesus commanded every Christian to go and preach the gospel to everyone.

  • "Cram it down peoples throat". In today's society it's tollerable to cram everything down people's throats (including one's sexuality) EXCEPT for the gospel. Koren, if I know that God's law requires each person to give an account for their sin & rejection of His Messiah which results in eternal death, IT WOULD BE HATEFUL TO SAY NOTHING! If God is love and we are to express His love, saying nothing would not be love. We am not ashamed of the gospel and you cannot shame us into silence. Shalom

  • Man thats a good idea...

  • Awsome! WTG dude!!

  • I think its great to bring the message to these people, however this method is rather dangerous. It's bad enough when someone is driving a car while talking on a cell phone. This method however is highly distracting to the you the driver, and anyone else driving in a vehicle. Keep preaching open air, but this method is not safe to those around.

  • I do appreciate your concern. And, as a retired deputy sheriff, I did consider potential risks. So many years in a patrol car has taught me how to multitask while driving.

My preference would have been to have a driver that had no other responsibility besides driving the car, but that was not available to me.

If someone wants to try this and he or she is not an experienced tactical driver, then I would suggest finding a driver.

Neither my daughter nor I, nor the public, were in any danger.

  • Good work Lawman... i subed u! XD

  • "Neither my daughter nor I, nor the public, were in any danger."

Now, that there is a strange thing to say. What do you mean by 'danger'?

  • One of the commentators was concerned about the potential danger of driving and preaching at the same time. The real danger would have been getting up on a box in the middle of the crowd and preaching.

I drove carefully and did the best I could to limit my preaching to when the car was stationary.

  • Rock! On!!

  • Are you serious, Tony? lol!!! Awesome! Dude, you always get me cracking up on WayoftheMasterRadio.

  • Beautiful! The lengths we will go to reach people with the gospel... a wonderful demonstration of God's kindness and mercy through His Ambassadors.

  • that was intense

  • That' encouaging Tony, thanks for this. I got to get one of those that you have so I can do this. Thanks, Jason

  • Why are you so hateful?

And don't be a coward and say you didn't mention prop 8 or homosexuality therefore that was not your intent. Yes it was your intent because you only derided marriage equality supporters.

  • Wow, how judgmental of you to call me hateful? But that does seem to be the modus operandi and hypocrisy of the "No on 8" crowd. They say they are against hate while they hate those who disagree with them.

And there was no derision in what I shared in the video clips.

To whom else would I or should I bring God's Law and Gospel other than those who hate God by calling that which is evil good? Because I care for those who will face the wrath of God,I share the Law and the Gospel with them.

  • Hey dude did he say anything about Pro 8 in his speech or homosxuality? NO!, I don't think so. Why are you being so judgmental, why don't you go and exaime yourself into God's perfect standard and see how you do. Have you ever lied, stolen anything, looked with lust, got angry at someone? If your like me I am sure you have and God doesn't look at you any different. He see's all the same He judges the heart. He see's you a criminal before Him. You must Repent and trust Him, please think aboutthis

  • "notoprop8" Hateful? I find your fascism to be hateful! How about the lady who had her cross taken from her and stomped on the ground? How about the people who were worshiping in Church and had protesters interrupt their service with lesbians kissing on stage? Take the plank from your eye! Truth is a powerful thing. The Gospel should offend us all. It is offensive that we are so wretched that God had to send Jesus to pay the penalty for sin by his death on the cross.

  • This is great once we don't impede traffic in anyway. But glory to God!

  • We didn't impede traffic in any way. As I stated in the video's description to the right, the lady who laid on the horn was angry with the message. She was not angry because we were impeding traffic. As soon as the light turned green, I proceeded with the rest of traffic. :-)

  • thats great i thought as much, but i didnt want any1 to get the impression that you could impede traffic for the gospel

  • I loved it! Glory to God!

  • Well...now I know what jeering sounds like. That was intense.

  • Listen closely to the two open-airs on the video. At no time will you hear me mention Proposition 8 or homosexuality. The mere mention of God, Jesus Christ, and the Law of God brings out the hateful wrath of the crowd.

The saddest thing I saw this day was the little children standing alongside the adults, screaming angrily at me because I preached the gospel to them.

  • I'm ashamed to live in this community.

  • All the more reason to have a sense of urgency and compassion for our community, which is best expressed to the very people who hate us by bringing to them the Law of God and His Gospel.
