I really dislike this dance. Much preferred their FD from last year. I find this dance is so frantic, busy, rush rush rush. There is no refinement at all in Charlie's skating either.

This is an excellent freedance but I think Virtue and Moir have a more intricate and nuanced program

I love D & W and want them to win everything...and I think they 've shown great improvement every year. I love the program, but someone(Marina?)needs to fix the end of this program. There are too many "things" to try to cram in at the last minute, so they rush and still don't finish with the music. They skate it beautifully...sometimes better than this time...but that ending needs to be fixed before nationals and Olympics

Some people in the business don´t like to see this sport popularized ( I hope this word is correct )!!..When the skaters use popular musics they say it´s overused.. O.K, we have to accept that opinion, but that doesn´t mean we have to agree..

I have no doubt whatsoever that they will excel tin perfection in all their routines in the next competitions.I have been watching Meryl and Charlie since Worlds 2007 and they ALWAYS performed brilliantly.

Undoubtedly one of the top couples in the world, but the choice of Phantom of the Opera is so hackneyed. .

As so often happens in Ice Dancing the couple that deserved to win one year but did not gets compensated by winning the following year. Davis and White should have won the World Championships in March 2009 but of course the crooked judges went for another over rated Russian couple. Davis and White are definitely a great couple but they could have chosen better music for their Free.

I Love their choice of Music of the Night. It´s very popular! What do you think the fans like me that are not experts in the stuff enjoy? THAT KIND OF music BECAUSE. we know it so well , do understand what they are trying to convey... I think it´s a great choice!!! It´s already a hit!

Ps: I see thumbs down about my advice to Tessa, but I mean well, because she is a very young girl and she should not wear that "heavy " colour. Trust an european opinion for that kind of stuff! ..

Meryl Davis gets prettier and pretier every year... and there's a guy who resembles Heath ledger where I'm studying w/ almost the same blonde curls as Charlie. lol just had to say.

Anyways, I don't think they're faster than V/M, as most people seem to think. Maybe they give that impression (over tv) b/c they have to move they're whole body faster to match their music; whereas V/M have to hold their moves longer.

I'm just saying it's really hard to judge skating skills, over the tv

I am a D& W fan but a admit that V/M are very talented.

A word of advice to Tessa : She should change the colour of her dress in the FD. A livelier colour

would suit her much better..really.

I'm a V&M fan - but I LOVE this couple.

They are so different (aside from being brilliant) this year. When you watch V&M, you forget what you're doing. When you watch D&M you get so excited and breathless!

Thank for uploading by the way. Our national carrier (the CBC) didn't broadcast it live - so if it wasn't for nice people who uploaded, we wouldn't get to see it.

First, THANK u for posgting. This is a v gd FD. I love this couple, speed, power, connection, difficulty (entry into dance spin is SO diff).

BUT, the edges in step sequ r not deep enough, the free leg extensions r often neither far enough extended or in totally unison. In this performace the 1st twizzle wasn't together. V&M seem superior in all 4 me.

As 4 'knowledgeable enough'? Maybe not, just 'IMHO' but doesn't mean I'm (we're) 'idiots'. That's harsh!

They are so powerful and graceful. This dance is getting better and better. Hopefully, they will at least medal at the Olympics if not win the gold.

What the hell do you people know about technique and aesthetics anyway? How do you know that you're knowledgeable enough to make such calls? Idiots.

You are blind, sorry to say. I've seen all your comments seeping through these vids, and you are EXTREMELY blind. D/W graceful? LMAO. Since when is piking waist slouching back an indicator of good upper carriage technique? Sorry, you only like these two for some bizarre reason OTHER THAN their abilities.

Most importantly, they do not even have one-tenth of the musicality the top 3-4 dance teams have. Be blind all you like, keep thinking whatever you like. (lmao, graceful!)

Their 'speed' is all over the place at times. Fast spin and twizzles though. The aesthetic quality is not of high value.

I think their free dance should have a lower score. Their technique (esp the twizzles) is not very good.
