  • IMO, this is the most underrated sporting event on the planet.

  • @MrThe1messiah Yes, but my point is where do you think people got the idea to revolt they see Iraq becoming a nation where people can vote and live not under dictators and now as you said nature take its own course

  • @MrThe1messiah Once again you jumped to conclusion I know that Saddam had nothing to do with 9/11 I never said he did, and once again I didn't completely agree with us going into Iraq, but time will tell and they did have WMD which were taken out before our arrival and thats a FACT from numerous European sources let alone American sources but once again taking words out of my mouth.. Sounds like an ignorant anti American just putting words in my mouth

  • @MrThe1messiah Form my opinions but honestly for those of you not living in America I am just letting you know, don't go by anti American news clips and then make your opinion, and I am not sounded hypocritical because I will watch those clips I am not an ignorant person lol

  • @MrThe1messiah Yes I will watch I am all about hearing the other side, and I looked very quickly at one and I agree might not be the best reliable source but I will watch. You should look up Thomas Freidman and his trip to the Muslim community to hear there side of 9/11 and the acts of terror and to be honest they are very misinformed due to their gov't's interpretation of the news and thats whats wrong, build an opinion but on reliable sources. I am a true patriot and I have done research to

  • @MrThe1messiah When necessary but honestly I can't hear what you have to say anymore because the last neoconservative statement was one of the dumbest things I have ever heard, and Im not even going to argue if Holland attacked us we would have gone to Holland to get the terrorist so you made absolutely no sense what so ever thats like saying during WW2 instead of Japan we went and fought Brazil, obviously you are going to the country and the groups that attacked you.. Unbelievable.

  • @MrThe1messiah Once again you are wrong. I am a conservative and I do not hold nazi like values, that is a poor and stupid statement to make. Afghanistan was home to Al Queda and Iraq was a safe heaven for Al Queda and oh to stuff our pockets with money eh? Once again wrong, we removed a dictator and freed and nation and a nation which was harboring terrorist. And you don't need to say what a proud American is, because I am one, come from a family of men who have served the US and helped the

  • @MrThe1messiah I know the reasons why, there have been terrorist for thousands of years, not just because of America, and yes as quoted by young muslims they wanted "America to bleed". I know the answers to these questions lol, but your wrong that terrorist started because of America and I find it very funny that its irrelevant where you say your from meanwhile all you do is bad mouth someone else's country.. Wheres your Patriotism eh?

  • @MrThe1messiah Blinded by Patriotism which no offense was not really an accurate statement as I have given you plenty of examples and obviously you don't know what its like here and how the people speak out and rally about domestic issues and foreign issues, but I enjoy talking and listening to others peoples views from other country's as I accept it, but at the same time as you do I stand by and agree/disagree with the country that has given me so much

  • @MrThe1messiah My country back in a state of isolationism, but you watch how that would go over with nations that wanted our help and as much as you can't stand it you should look up how much we have helped the nation such as Iraq and how much those people appreciated our help. Anyways thats off topic but honestly I criticize my athletes and I try to support my gov't more than bash it even if I don't agree, but I completely understand what your saying, but you were the one that brought up being

  • @MrThe1messiah our Gov't and foreign policies, as for myself we were attacked and as of now we are doing our job which is being on the offense and going after the people who attacked our country. And believe me in the NFL we have plenty of disgraceful acts of unsportsmanlike conduct which sickness me, thats why I only watch Hockey, Golf and Futbol, but don't respond to me saying " All you care about is America" when all you have done is bash my country and its policies I told you Id rather see

  • @MrThe1messiah Perfect as we both know, and I agree that yes Justin's celebration by himself was not unacceptable but everyone running onto the green was, but even if the Europeans had that putt it is different in the moment, like I said I have played hockey and play Division 1 golf here in the States it is easier said than done to control your emotions. We made our Constitution in 1776 to give everyone the right to Life, Liberty and Pursuit of Happiness, and yes most Americans due disagree with

  • @MrThe1messiah due to the sick and cruel world we live in its probably never going to be possible. And hold your breath before you come back at me saying " see all you care about is America and yourself".. NO I do not, you have made it clear you don't like America's policies of helping out other countries and quite frankly as I have stated we have our own domestic issues we should be dealing with and this President has got to go but thats besides the fact, I am a proud American and no country is

  • @MrThe1messiah Ok well I don't want to debate either lol, cheers to both of us, but you keep saying blinded by Patriotism. I am not blinded by Patriotism, am I proud of my country? Yes, support my troops? yes, I do not agree with everything we have done and my example is I believe we shouldn't help any other countries out anymore, we have enough on our own plate to worry about domestically and keeping our own country safe from terrorist acts. I would like to see all of the US troops home but

  • @MrThe1messiah What you say.. And theres nothing wrong with being a "hillbillyboy" we are hard working Americans, nothing is given to us we earn it.

  • @MrThe1messiah sore loser I don't understand it. Its a double edged sword you guys get out of hand at this event so do the American fans I think it makes the sport but watch who you call and ignoramus. And if you want to get into " Screw every other country" England has been like that every since it became an Empire taking over colonies so I mean if you want to get into a history debate Im all for it, but Im just saying its both ways with the fans in this event and not every American believes

  • @MrThe1messiah Ok well first off answer my question, is it acceptable that Sergio was running around like a child? Because you can't say Americans are disrespectful when the Europeans were doing it as well. Its a competitive event. And secondly it all depends which country your from obviously there were many wars fought before the United States was even created, and if your from England I really like England because you guys are a great ally to us, but if your going to be ignorant about it and a

  • @MrThe1messiah But Sergio's celebrations are exceptable and all you Euro's do when the Ryder Cup is hosted in your neck of the woods all you do is root for "Tiger" and you are some of the most disrespectful fans ever. I play division 1 golf so I think I know what Im talking about when you come back from a deficit this big after Sergio was jumping around like a 5 year old the American celebrations were out of joy and accomplishment you ignorant Euro

  • @philmick29 Acceptable* My apologies as I was writing out of sheer frustration to you ignorant statements, why don't you try to win a war without our help I don't even know what country your from but you still haven't won a war without our help so watch what you say Gent

  • @MrThe1messiah You're completely correct, all of us Americans fit that profile. Well done.

  • I can't blame the USA for celebrating like we did that day, if you think about, we were almost in tears the day before because we were loosing so badly, there was such joy in our recovery, so fuck you to all you hating european cunts

  • @Nightwing690 You are right, especially since they all like soccer the biggest celebration sport of all time.

  • as an european im so glad Payne Stewart got to win this

  • Running over Olazabals line.... awful behaviour.

  • yes the USA team behaved extremely poorly, however theres was a public appology afterwards. However being from england, i like to see the USA team all wearing matching cricket jumpers!

  • I remember watching this as a teenager and thinking the actions of the Americans were an embarrassment and completely outwith the spirit of the Ryder Cup. If I remember correctly there was still another group to play behind with the match in the balance and they were held up for ages.

Theres a time and a place for OTT celebrations but that wasnt one of them

  • Is that DL3 hitting off of rocks at 2:21??? Thats one of the most amazing shots I've ever seen.

  • Would all of u Europeans (meaning fans of Europe from all countries) just shut up and realize you choked our team dominated on Sunday and they had a right to celebrate they won there was nothing wrong im sure you would have done the same thing. So stop acting as if you are better than us so we have no right to celebrate a rightful victory.

  • @Jake1985Nazar lets not forget how well behaved the so called american fans where in 99. Bad mouthing many euro players. You folk ruin everything you touch. Just look at the world today, all YOUR countrys work !!!!!

  • I'm not a big golf fan, but I remember this, and it was........AWESOME!!!

  • There was nothing wrong with the celebration in my opinion.

Hell, I was jumping up and down in my house....

I cant imagine how Leonard felt actuall sinking the putt.

  • No Monty at the British!!!

    Yessssss

  • Good to see Monty getting one back over the US scumbag golf team last year

  • not 1 country is better than the US at golf its Europe vs. America guys Europe is continent America is a country

  • @mbeavgiants America is a Federation of individual states, not unlike Europe. The Continental element of the Ryder cup makes it such a cool team tournament. Its one of the few international team competitions which seems so delicately balanced. Its a bit silly to rate America as the best golfing nation without taking at least a cursory glance at the demographics.

  • greatest golf clip of all time some of the most amazing shots were made then.

  • hey dude.... after making a put like that, he is intitled to bulldoze the entire course if he felt like it

  • ....and if the old guard of Tiger, Phil, Stricker and Furyk can do what we know they can do, it will be closer but 2012 Ryder Cup will be won by Europe. Seve will be looking down and helping us all the way.

  • The British/Europeans/rest of the World spank the yanks these days. The tables have turned from the golden days of American golf. It's good to have such healthy competition. Looking forward to next Ryder Cup - I predict a classic. I hope Messrs Mcllroy,McDowell, Donald,Westwood,Kaymer,Casey,Poulter,Laird,Mannessero,Quiros,Garcia, Molinaris are on top form and spank those Yankie bottoms. I think the yanks have a slim chance though with the likes of Kuchar,Watson,Watney and Mahan. And if The old

  • America has had its day, look at the top ten and see how many yanks are there now.

  • LOL at idiots from the UK calling American PGA pros hooligans for celebrating an incredibly important putt too exuberantly. This from the country that had to enact legislation (The Footbal Spectators Act 1989) to try and prevent football fans from killing each other during matches. Stereotypical hypocrites. Physician heal thyself.

  • Americans? Ignorant? Self absorbed? Suuuuuuuuuuuurely not!!!!

  • Dear Euros,

    CRY MORE!

  • @sgnewman2000

Like Hunter Mahan did when Gmac beat your sorry asses

  • When someone holes a chip from 40 yards I'm cheering doesn't matter what country they're from.

  • I'm sorry but tiger is the only person who has the fist pump technique down. the rest look like goofs trying to do it ha. great video

  • Having said that... it was a minority and fair play that putt was awesome and it was a great comeback

  • This was a disgrace, Olazabal could of easily holed that putt if it wasn't for lengthy celebrations of the US team all over the green. Typical Americans... no respect

  • @nerdyherdy123 Typical Euro cant admit defeat. Your team choked, If you honestly think Olazabal was going to make that putt youre delirious.

  • @huskersfan1515

Thats not the point... the point is that the american supporters ran across his line and it took a whole 15 mins before he could take the shot.... such as shame for the americans. It took the shine off a great performance

  • does anyone know the theme song?

  • love this video

  • This was Golf at it's best in my opinion......definatly my favorite golf to watch ever

  • THROWIN DARTS

  • why does uncle sam always have to have the shittiest ryder cup uniforms? They looked like the vancouver canucks old uniforms last year.

  • Wow you have a really sophisticated humour! Oops, I forgot you lot don't get irony and you're gonna take that as a compliment! I guess Green Day had a point.

  • Says the creep who comes from the land of pedophiles. Do you hang around school yards a lot? I bet you've been vetted and barred so maybe not.

  • What's a batchelor degree you moronic Limey?

  • @luckybestwash Don't worry about it mate, you obviously don't need to know. Just keep that cork on the end of your fork & try to leave your sister alone.

  • Also everyone just watch 3:07 - 3:28 - two lovely chip ins but compare and contrast those air punches. Darren Clarke manly masterful, marvellous like a man possessed. Davis Love the Third limp, lifeless lethargic like something out of King of the Hill.

Attention any would be American Students - You could probably get a batchelor or even advanced degree from most US Universities by just copy, pasting and submitting my last three posts.

  • Wow, I wish I was watching golf back then. Some really incredible golf there.

  • Hooligans, thats all I can say about the pathetic Americans. This is golf which is about respect and good sportspanship, this will never be forgotton. A disgrace to the game, Europe showed how to behave when you win and lose. Take note America.

  • @david1234h

Yeah European fans are great sports. Coaxing balls off the green and cheering missed putts. Real class. Sergio doing cartwheels down the fairway after making a 5 footer is pure sportsmanship too ay. Hooligans is also a lame term and you sound like a D-bag using it.

  • @david1234h As horrendous as that behaviour was on the 17th green, and it was absolutely horrendous. That was also one hell of a comeback having been 10-6 down going into the final day against a superb European team in possession of the Ryder Cup.

It was a phenomenal performance which I think any true fan of the game would accept despite their total lack of regard for the etiquette of the game and their opponents during that incident.

  • @david1234h Also Americans are capable of wonderful displays of sportsmanship like Jack picking up Tony Jacklin's ball marker in1969 coz he didn't want to see him lose the game and Ryder Cup by missing a 2 foot putt and Payne Stewart conceding the game to Colin Montgomerie so sportingly in1999.

So it's a bit harsh to say that all Americans are "pathetic" and "hooligans" do the right thing Dave and say "I'm sorry not all Americans are pathetic hooligans, just most of them", there's a good lad.

  • @david1234h

if you want to see hooligans check out the English Disease. LOL at the UK.

  • the nationality bashing on this thing is pitiful.

  • I bet you did days of research on the mayonnaise sandwich to come up with that. How sad, for you.

  • @luckybestwash

I don't hate America. There are many great parts to it, and many great people. You, needless to say, are not one of them. You're one of the wannabe macho keyboard rambos living like a parasite off the talent, generosity and rationality of your superiors, mistakenly believing you share the accolades they've earned simply because you share the same flag.

  • 'Bad nutrition' LOL...coming from the country that gave us mayonnaise sandwiches. 'Low standards of health'...coming from the country where people pull their own infected teeth. Hahahahaha, you silly cunts just can't compete. The trailer park of Europe.

  • @luckybestwash

I've been to the US around 25 times. Most of the people are enormously fat. It's just unbelievable.

You, by contrast, have never been to the UK. You've never left your own country except for a trip to Mexico.

  • @luckybestwash

I've never heard of mayonnaise sandwiches being associated with any place other than the deep south in the US. They certainly aren't something eaten frequently in the UK. Cheese and pickle, yes. Marmite, yes. Mayonnaise on its own? Nope. As usual, you've got your facts wrong, and of course you have no direct experience of the UK, having never been there, or indeed anywhere outside your own country.

  • hooligan element??would ye all ever get a fukin life, its golf, not football, whendid any f you ever see opposing fans fighting or stabbing each other?never, dats hooliganism, not roaring for your team, dats just called great support and has made d ryder cup wat it is these last few years,1 of d greatest sporting occasions there is..as for the americans on the 17th,well their just a crowd a wankers, lets be honest, who doesnt love beatin them by as much as possible,.come on europe

  • Was the celebration right? No. But it has sparked an unbelievable element of emotion and pride that is unmatched by any event in the world (outside of the World Cup).

  • Behaviour of Americans on 17th green signalled the end of any kind of "sportsmanship" in this competition. The death soon afterwards of Payne Stewart the postponement of the 2001 cup after 9/11 means this incident is forgotten now. But it a was key moment - and signalled the arrival of a type of supporter at this tournament that otherwise would not be seen dead at a golf tournament. The hooligan element has been present at every ryder cup since - and nothing it done to discourage them,

  • easily the greatest matches ever contested

  • Dnozzles I thought the "English disease" was pedophilia. Oh well I guess they have multiple diseases lololol.

  • @luckybestwash

    Hey Lucky,

No comment from you on Hunter Mahan ACTUALLY CRYING ON LIVE TV after the USA got beaten by Europe? "Boo hoo hoo hoo, we lost!"

  • @ titanfind: I know plenty about The English Disease. Nice job though, playing the "ignorant American" card and at the same time accusing me of dealing in stereotypes. How are the Three Ladies feeling after their rough trip to South Africa?

  • I love that after all this time, you're so butt-hurt by that loss that you're still cunting on about "sportsmanship". It's particularly amusing coming from the part of the world that brought us soccer hooliganism. It's ABSOLUTELY hypocritical to call it "exuberance" when that twat spaniard prances around the course, and then call it poor sportsmanship when the shoe's on the other ( winning ) foot.

  • @dnozzles

You have no clue about hooliganism. None.

If you want to know about football culture in the UK, and how hilariously ignorant the average American is about it, read the book "Bloody Confused" by US sports journalist Chuck Culpepper, about his year in the UK watching football there and how amazed he was about how completely different it was from the cliches trotted out in his home country.

The US's "knowledge" of other countries comes mainly from The Big Book of Lazy Stereotypes.

  • America should have lost based on their poor sportsmanship, are all USA fans looking back at what could have been!! ha - LOSERS!!! hah ha ha ha

  • im with you on that westbromste im a europe fan it was unfair running all over olazabals line all of them did. my comment before was on the ryder cup just gone

  • one of the closets and exiting finshes to a Ryder cup well done europe for geting the cup back, and welldone USA for a very close game.

  • Thankfully the European fans conducted themselves better than we did in Brookline.

  • Thankfully the European fans conducted themselves than we did in Brookline.

  • If you were born in England you should just kill yourself right now because your "future" is a council estate, no home ownership, a bankrupt welfare state and mosques on every corner. Oh and really shitty weather. But you kinda knew that :)

  • @luckybestwash right on. Especially that part about mosques on every corner. Britain's going to be a 3rd world country soon. Once a great country, it's a shame to see them flush it all away.

  • @Phoenix2485

The US already is a third world country, outside of New York, New England, Chicago and the west coast. The poverty, the poor education and illiteracy, the corruption, the shitty highways, the bad nutrition, the low standards of health. Can you imagine something like the aftermath of Katrina taking place anywhere in Europe? (Hmm, maybe Albania.) Or the fucking disgusting condition of Detroit? Vast swathes of the US are total shitheaps riddled with poverty.

  • Well done to the European team, and well played USA for putting up a strong fight, especially the rousing last day comeback that was almost enough to win.

  • We got you this time though! We won the Ryder Cup 2010 - AND with good sportsmanship. Well done Europe/

  • Seriously a Canadian is trying to get in the middle of this? Hahahaha. I guess it makes sense since everybody else ignores them.

  • @broncoj20

It's nice to be ignored. It means you don't spend all your time in a state of militaristic paranoia, because you're not constantly shoving your oar into everyone's business, ousting democratically-elected regimes in favour of ideologically-aligned dictators (Iran, Chile, Guatemala, Ecuador), invading countries illegally on false pretences (Iraq) and propping up apartheid states (Israel).

It makes you sleep better at night. You should try it.

  • @theninjaswerehere The rest of the world hates us because they want to be us. You may never admit it, but if you dig deep, deep down, you'll see that it is true.

  • Comment removed

  • @broncoj20 If you are born in England you have won the lottery of life. :-)

You ever wondered why so many Americans hate the English?

    Exactly............. sour grapes.

  • scoreboard....

  • @SilverHornet13 fn right SCOREBOARD

  • The Garcia thing shows the problem here. That chip by Parnevik won the hole with no one left to play. If the putt from Leonard had come after Olazabal then I would have absolutely no issue with it at all, none.

The fact is that Olazabal still had a makeable putt to halve the hole and take it down the last. That;s the issue, the invasion of the green happened when the hole wasn't finished. That's why it's wrong and poor form.

  • @jlewsey15 I can honestly see your point of view and don't necessarily disagree with it. I do think the 15 minutes thing is being exaggerated a bit. Maybe it was a bit overzealous of celebration, but it was still an amazing put in a crazy situation and emotions went wild. I don't think any American was thinking rationally at the time. It would be interesting to see the Europeans in the exact same situation and see how they would react. Since we're all humans, it probably would be similar.

  • @broncoj20

thing is, its not like it actually won the ryder cup

they must have known olazabal was still in the hole

be honest, that was incredibly unfair when we still had a chance to win

  • A great comeback but one of the worst displays of sportsmanship in the history of sport.

  • @xpat73

    Without question.

  • You know the best way to prevent 'distasteful', in-your-face celebrations? Win.

  • @physiquedreamsdotcom

Either that, or don't play against assholes.

  • @physiquedreamsdotcom Thanks for the advice, i'm sure the European team read this and they went on to win it!!!

  • I'm just about finished with Mark James' book "Waaahhhhhh, how the Yanks were mean to us." It's fantastic. Here he is on page 372: "Boo hoo hoo...sob...(blows nose)...boo hoo...waahhhhh...AHHHHH MUMMY COME GET ME..."

    He deserved a Pulitzer!

  • @luckybestwash

Just about finished? It came out in 2000. Are you struggling with all the big words?

  • @KaitainCPS

Nope just laughing a lot. When you take 15 minutes to laugh at each hilarious tale of British failure it slows your reading down.

  • 4:26 Tiger Woods throws down the Jordan style fist-pump like a boss

  • Just look at that Sergio Garcia European sportsmanship at 1:40. Stop being hypocrites.

  • @broncoj20 We are not being hypocrites. If you knew your facts then you would know that Garcia did celebrate wildly, but after Leonard sunk that 45ft Olazabal still had a 20ft putt to take it to the last hole. But how can he concentrate on that when players, their wives and fans run accross the green not to mention a camerman standing in Olazabal line. Garcia showed passion, the Americans were distasteful, unsporting and disrespectful and I hope they are more graceful when Monty and co win!!!

  • @ijt83 How would you react if you sank a 45 ft putt to come from behind and miraculously win the Ryder Cup? You say Garcia's celebration was "passion" but the US's was "distasteful". Give me a break. I'm pretty sure Olazabal wasn't putting when the celebration ensued. There's other sports were dramatic moments happen that causes celebrations to occur during a game or match. The opponents deal with it, gather themselves, and move on. Blaming a missed putt on a celebration is absolutely weak.

  • @broncoj20 You have led to your own downfall there bronco. You asked me how I would have reacted if I sank a 45ft putt to come from behind and miraculously win the Ryder Cup, at that time the US had won nothing and the reaction to the shot was unjustified as Olazabal still had a putt. I never meant to blame Olazabal's missed putt on the reactions but was merely comparing it to Garcia's gamesmanship as u put it at 1:40 where he ran a few yards and jumped in the air. 2 compare the 2 is laughable.

  • @broncoj20 It took 15 minutes to clear the green. That's why it was so bad. If the shoe was on the other foot, I'm sure the Apericans would have had something to say about it.

  • Sounds like a lot of sore loser symptoms from the European contingent over a match that ended 11 years ago. :( Wahh.

  • I loved Tiger's chip in that Sunday bet that the roar carried pretty far on the course that day!!! Hoping the US can find a way too get it done this week I'd be surprised if they do I think this rain delay format where everyone has too play hurts them but I'm still hopeful!!!!

  • "They celebrated with passion, abruptness, obnoxiousness, vigor, triumph, noise, hope, and unbridled exuberance. Quite simply, they celebrated like Americans"

  • USA had a great team in '99. Shame they're nowhere near that now :) COME ON EUROPE

  • Comment removed

  • Calling people from N.Ireland is wrong anyway. They are by definition not British as they are not part of Great Britain. Wales, England and Scotland comprises Great Britain

  • @ the 17th not exactly played in the spirit of the ryder cup.

  • Payne Stewarts fist pumps after knocking home the putt are classic. He truly loved this event.

  • To respond to a comment below - Great Britain is so called because it refers to greater Britain. Brittany in France is lesser or little Britain. The 'Great' refers to size not achievements or any other adulatary title.

  • Wow, let's have a Geography lesson.

I have never claimed N.Ireland is part of Great Britain, it's not. It is part of the United Kingdom. Great Britain is England, Scotland and Wales, the United Kingdom is the same as Great Britain but includes N. Ireland.

So no Lucky, I have never claimed McDowell is British.

Anyway anything bad you say about Britain makes no mark on me, I'm English first. And yes the Queen is a benefit scrounger but hey what ya gonna do, unfortunately she's a tourist attraction

  • They should have had a point deducted fo wearing them shirts, anyway i think were going to spank the yanks this time round.

  • In order for N. Ireland to be "British" everyone there would have to agree that they are ruled by your benefits scrounging Queen. Sinn Fein reps don't take the loyalty oath. Is everyone over there as thick as you?

    GO USA

  • Lol. I can't take any offence to anything you say Luckybestwash simply because you're clearly an uneducated moron.

Since when has Britain been a nation?

Do you even know what Britain is?

  • @jlewsey15

You're right, Britain isn't a nation, it's a backpacker's punchline for bad food and shitty transport. I think the question is do you know what Britain is? You ignorant wankers claim Graeme McDowell is British. Clearly you don't know he's from a place other than "Great" Britain. Note the quotes. You guys ain't great, not by a longshot.

  • @luckybestwash McDowell is from Northern Ireland and therefore British. Thats right dumb yank, Northern Ireland is part of the U.K!

  • @rossander That's not strictly true. He considers himself Irish as do most people in N. Ireland. To call all N. Irish people British is quite arrogant and would cause another heated debate

  • @mcdb06 i myself am from Northern Ireland. McDowell is a great ambassador for our country as he is quoted as saying that he '"sits firmly on the fence". This is important as we are actually our own country as well and our independence is important. For the record, i will always say i am Irish but like to point out that I am from Northern Ireland because in the last 10years we have only started to be proud to say that.

  • This was the best Cup of all time. Team USA was stacked: Tiger Woods, Phil Mickelson, Davis Love III, Payne Stewert, David Duval, Justen Leonard, Jim Furyk, Hal "be the right club" Sutton, Mark O' Meara, Tom Lehman, Steve Pate, and Jeff Marggert. I'll take those 12 in the prime against any team.

  • Typical brainwashed Paddy, sticking up for the Limeys. And to think, I once liked Ireland.

  • @luckybestwash 'Typical brainwashed Paddy?' Typicla ignorant Yank. If you knew anything about history then you'd know Irish people dont stick up for English people. Just highlights your complete stupidity. You're clearly the most clueless person commenting on this video. No class, cant even admit that the reactions on the 17th at Brookline were completely over the top

  • no class whatsoever, letting the wives run on the green when the match was still not over, disgracefull

  • @ luckybestwash As a Yank you're literally in no position to criticise Europe in any capacity. Just look at your country, culture and recent history. Back to the golf, it was a great comeback by the Americns, still find it hard to watch. Gonna be a close match this year i think. Americans have a much stronger team than they're being given credit for. Still European form in all competitions has been good. Should be a great match

  • You seem rattled. Are you a member of the Super Adventure Club?

  • This is a debate about golf you complete & utter f*ckin twat!

  • Vile abuse? I tell the truth and it sounds like vile abuse to you. British men download more child porn than anyone on earth. Britain's a nation of child abusing creeps with bad teeth and elephantine ears. You want to know Britain's last contribution to the English language? "Vetting and barring." Look it up. You should be so proud.

  • Ah good to see you're now at least attempting some half civilised / witty banter, as opposed to the vile abuse from your previous post (or, as I suspect, you were looking in the mirror when posting that). I'm gonna enjoy watching Europe stuff the Yank simpletons yet again this weekend as it is - however knowing how much it's gonna get to the likes of yourself will double that.

  • My favorite book is "How the Yanks were mean to me and took my lunch money" by Mark James. It's a real page turner!

  • Just the sort of classy & eloquent response we've come to expect from our low-life 'friends' across the pond. You are truly pathetic!

  • I bet you have no more than 4 teeth in your head and like to look at child porn.

  • We've won 2 of the last 3 by 18.5 to 9.5 & 8 of the last 12! You will be destroyed again in Wales. And as for a Yank describing Eurpoeans as fat! (You'll be trying to say you have more class & culture next). My god, no wonder the whole world despises you.

  • Blah blah blah...whinging Poms...the Aussies know you wankers best. They beat you like a drum in everything from ping pong on up and they laugh in your faces. And whenever the Limeys lose, it's whinge whinge whinge innit? You're like the fat retarded boy of Europe, always picked last in the pick-up game and left crying on the grass after some other kid trips you and scores a goal. GO USA.

  • Don't make me laugh-more like the day the game nearly died of shame! Aside from '93 & laughable contest of '08 (US desperation & redneck behaviour was hilarious!), US haven't won a RC without cheating for 27 years. Irwin's ball kicked out rough in '91 etc (& what was Pavin's desert storm hat all about-r u all too thick to realise we were on the same side in the Iraq war!). Make no mistake; US team of bland ex-college boys no match for the Eu superstars; 18.5-9.5 for 3rd time in last 4 anybody?

  • COME ON EUROPE!!!! NOT ON OUR TURF.....FUCKING DESTROYED THOSE DUMBFUCK YANKS!

  • @Phatberry shit, i'd hate to meet you in real life. i mean anyone who uses their caps lock button to comment on a youtube video must be tough...

  • Haha the Limeys need to align themselves with ALL of EUROPE to even have a chance against us. And even then they fail 50% of the time. The Aussies are right about the Brits, worst athletes on the planet, Poms are failures in every aspect of life.

  • @luckybestwash FYI Europe won 8 of the last 12 Ryder Cups, and yes of course the UK needs to align themselves with the rest of Europe to stand a chance of winning does it occur to your dumbfuck American brain that America has a population 6 times the size of the UK which would make it as pointless as California V Utah to put it in a way you understand...

  • @patz5678

Exactly because you destroy the Aussies in all sports, having more people, er, um, I mean, never mind. You're not very bright are you?

  • @luckybestwash And you're not very well informed. The Aussie's are better than us at cricket and rugby simply because they are nuts for those sports, literally everyone in their country plays them. If you want a better example look at New Zealand who are the best rugby team in the world. The fact is that in this country football is far more popular. Having said that, we won the Ashes and knocked the Aussies out of the last Rugby World Cup so maybe you should do more research...

  • Good golf, shame Americans have absolutely no class and respect for the etiquette of the game, players and fans alike.

  • I just read Mark James' book. There was a special insert filled with Kleenex! LOLOLOL

  • Suck it Limeys. Paraaaaaise Jesus!!

  • The US behaved disgracefully and less than a month later Payne Stewart died. Coincidence? I don't think so...
