i think they should change the law-if it is wide,and the wk removes the bails,it shouls not be given as stumped,give it as run out...cuz a wide is not really a legal or legitimate delivery,same as a no-ball.
@mumbaiindianspollock Yes your right its not a legitimate delivery. However, once a batsman starts to come down the track a bowler purposely throws the delivery down leg side so the batsman misses it and he gets stumped. So in order to give the bowler some credit it has to be given as a stumping. I also think that if a batsman misses the ball and the keeper takes the bails of from behind the stumps its a stumping and if for some reason the bails are taken off in front of the stumps its a run out
