@seaner21889 I live in southern Ontario Canada and mine is about a 3 foot tall bush shaped Mayer Lemon. It has taken almost a 11 months for it to produce one lemon that is full sized and is turning yellow now. May be a full year before it is ripe. It produced 2 lemons when i first got it then stopped up until last January. My Orange and Cumquat take 8 or 9 months to produce fruit.
@seaner21889 not yet but i did photograph the progress of my graft so i could put together one(but thats an orange branch starting to grow after it was attached to a lemon tree). My root stalk lemon tree is from seed and is much taller and well formed compared to the mayer lemon clone i got from the grocery store. i started the seed after i bought the clone. Also did my grapefruits from seeds.
@seaner21889 if you bought it from the store it most likely is a graft or clone. When you graft you attach a branch to a root stalk and make it take over. you can add other kinds of citrus to your lemon tree and if you got it from the store, it should produce fruit eventually. Put it in outdoors in the sun during the summer.
@MrOlli99 He started on day one, not day zero. So ending on day two would mean one day had passed, not two. Therefore, ending on day 23 means 22 days have passed.

@seaner21889 if you grow it from seed, you may need to graft it to get fruit. Plants from seed often don't make fruit. Where did you get it from?
