Possibly, but a similar thing was done for the House MD intro in the UK because they couldn't get the rights to use Massive Attack - Teardrop. Instead, they made some new intro music that sounded just like it. Could be they had the same problem for this advert so they did their own music for it in a similar style. If that's the case, the song won't have a name so you'll just have to rip it off the youtube video or something. ;D
