  • Looks very good ,nice to see you trying to mess with the timing.Would like to try that on a Sachs rotary engine .GOOD JOB

    Phoenix AZ

  • thanks d3. iv got to first get the engine to full speed. i still dont have any input watts or gas volumes, but im working on that. im starting to look for for a generator. i want something efficient but cost effecive. any ideas

  • looks real nice, maybe some power output levels in the future?

  • you should not complain about getting only 1400 rpm out of your engine ... that thing is more than twice the displacement of my sacrificial engine and you are feeding it about the same volume of fuel ... I am impressed you got it run as well and as strong as you have with so little gas ... excellent results !!!

  • thanks my friend. actually i am pretty happy with the way it is running. i just have not had the opportunity to take the watts from arounf 1400 to the 1800 watts that i ran my engine at before the mods. i am confident i will get better perfomance outta the engine. once i add my new cell to the mix the engine will be ready for generator testing.

  • HHO will not recombine into water without a source of free electrons ... however, particularly in the case of the hydrogen, loss will occur as the gas simply leaks right through the walls of the tubing ... shorter hose will help reduce this loss ...

  • All that tubing I bet much hho is recombining before it is burned. I would try shorting tube some.

Good work have you tried BTC at all?

Also maybe heat up the HHO gas before burn.

  • there is no spontaneous recombination of of the gasses into water ... they will only recombine if a source of ignition is provided ... but you are correct that shorter tubing is a good idea ... the H2 tends to leak through the walls of the tubes ...

cool, dense gas is a good bit more potent than heated, expanded gas ... hot gas measures big, but in reality has a lot less kick for its volume ...

the impulse from HHO is so fast, that timing a a little after top dead center seems to work best ...

  • yes i do need to shorten up the hoses. i am working on a completely new dellivery system with with an additional cell. i hope to make the entire set up much more compact.

the factory engine setting was a roughly 10 degrees btdc. this was causing some knocking in the engine. much more experimenting needs to be done to find the optimum setting, but i am encouraged with the timing at close to tdc.

    thanx for your interest

  • ya i think im shaking my bench apart haha

  • Nice setup! Is it running on straight HHO or gas mix? Looks like it's straight.

  • that's100% hho my friend

  • Man that thing is sounding way better than the last video..Way way smoother ....How many LPM are you using ?

    Good work

  • im guessing its 9 lmp max i never measuered volume. the cell was consuming 1356 watts. the highest i measured the rpm was 1400
