  • manjula aunty is my fav aunti. I always watch her cooking. delicious

  • I tried this recipe last week and it was very good. The flavor was almost identical to what I would get at a good sweets shop. It was so much easier than I thought. I would usually buy khoa and kaju burfi. Now I can make my own. When I made it, I used ground cashews instead of walnuts. It works just as well.

  • Hi Manju Aunty,

Thanks for this recipe, I knew i was missing something when i made mine, now i know, I will try this this weekend.

    thanks once again.

  • Fantastic! this is my favorite indian sweet Yummy! thankyou Manjula!

  • where do i get cardamom powder

  • I found cardamom powder in the spice section of my supermarket. Shouldn't be too hard to find. If you are having a hard time and there is a Whole Foods Market or a Trader Joe's near you, try there. Otherwise, it is possible to order spices online from various companies, my favorite is Penzey's Spices -- penzeys(dot)com

  • any grocery store or ypu can make yours...just get the seeds from elachi(Cardamom Seeds ) and crashed them and make your own powder

  • Mmmm.. my favorite sweet to eat while visiting India. Will try this soon. I love your videos.. I'm subscribing now. Thank you.

  • i was wondering why you use heavy cream and milk power for coconut burfi, instead of just using milk (like you use in almond burfi)

  • Aunty, I have two fresh coconuts at home. How can I use them in coconut barfi (kopra paak?)

  • thank you aunty

  • Aunty, what type of milk powder should be used? can i use skim milk powder? i donno where to buy the regular milk powder
