Those things are pretty fun to drive!
I've got a Think 4-seater similar to that one and I drive it all over my city and even to nearby towns up to about 10 miles away. The longest round trip range for me has been about 22 miles. I replaced the original turf tires with 175/70R13 street tires on 13"x6" rims.

That is a Ford. Only made about 7500 of them in 2002 and a couple of them in 2003.
