Maybe I grew up in the wrong era, but I remember the warrior vividly. I remember being excited to see the warrior wrestle, and I remember that the fans would just about blow the roof off the arena when he wrestled.
But I don't remember much of anything about HHH. Maybe that's russo's fault, but HHH just fits into a class of wrestlers that are sort of like everyone else. Warrior doesn't.

After that, they weren't going to dare to get his side on this, or even talk to him! This DVD was done after the case.

The Warrior had several different variations of the warrior character that he created long before he was in the WWF when he was still tagging up with Sting in the Von Erich texas promotion. Warrior sued Vince because Vince tried to lay claim to the warrior character and because part of the agreement Vince had with Warriors return was to market Warrior's comic book ventures among other things that he failed to do. Warrior won in court and this is vince's way of getting even

The WWE tries that little bit too hard to discredit Warrior, the result being that they merely expose THEMSELVES. You should realize one thing. The Warrior itself became bigger than the WWE and it's fans. He was the primadonna of the times, but had no in-ring sense to keep people interested. Ever wonder why the majority of his matches were quick?
Im just in awe over this verbal assault. I dont what happens behind the scenes but I do know what goes on during television events. The Ultimate Warrior will always be remembered as one of the most iconic wrestlers of all time right along Hogan and Savage. I think this dvd was totally unprofessional and just a very cheap shot at a guy despite what they say helped catapult pro wrestling to where it is today. Im really ashamed of the people that partaked in this project.

I'm torn on this one; Warrior probably didn't appreciate enough what wrestling did for him, but it makes sense that he'd want the rights to the name of the character that he put his entire life into.
I'm not and never was a fan of the Warrior. But... I think this part of the video just focuses on these guys bashing the Ultimate Warrior. Triple H is hurt because the Warrior did make bad at WM-12. I do agree that the match should have been longer and made to look like a real contest. The Warrior was completely selfish with the way he put his own character over. The Warrior even admitted that.

From what I've seen, heard and read, The Ultimate Warrior seems like he was a right twat, with hardly any in ring ability. This is total crap! The Warrior had several different variations of the warrior character that he created long before he was in the WWF when he was still tagging up with Sting in the Von Erich texas promotion. Warrior sued Vince because Vince tried to lay claim to the warrior character and because part of the agreement Vince had with Warriors return was to market Warrior's comic book ventures among other things that he failed to do. Warrior won in court and this is vince's way of getting even

The Ultimate Warrior will always be remembered as one of the most iconic wrestlers of all time right along Hogan and Savage. I think this dvd was totally unprofessional and just a very cheap shot at a guy despite what they say helped catapult pro wrestling to where it is today. I'm not and never was a fan of the Warrior. But... I think this part of the video just focuses on these guys bashing the Ultimate Warrior. Triple H is hurt because the Warrior did make bad at WM-12. I do agree that the match should have been longer and made to look like a real contest. The Warrior was completely selfish with the way he put his own character over. The Warrior even admitted that.

I had no idea there were still so many Ultimate Warrior fans out there...wow. Looking back, he wasn't a good worker, he had charisma thats it. From a str8 business level, he was undependable. Maybe he was better suited for smaller federations.

Warrior is nuts but some of the people who take shots at him on this Dvd were questionable choices. I know Lawler was big in the south back in the day but he never had mainstream success like Warrior did and to this day I don't recall there ever being a Jerry Lawler Dvd, positive or negative.
