What's funny is that when I was younger my mom would braid my hair and it would end up being a dutch braid. That's just how she did it. But for that life of me I could never figure out how to do it! Now I understand! Haha
The inside out braid/plait IS a Dutch but (in the US, at least) the French part indicates that you're adding hair to it instead of just a ponytail type plait. I think it really depends on what country you're from.
First: i really like your tutorials, they inspire me :D and second: do you have a tutorial for the hairstyle you show at the beginning of the video? i think it is as 0:13 . it looks so nice!
@kapolarmusic how often do you wash your hair? 2~ 3 times a week is more then enough to maintain hydration and silkiness, also reduction of heat exposer i.e using straightners and curling ions etc can also cause your hair to look dead, dry and lifeless :) so reduce heat exposer to your hair =P hope that helped =)
@xazngiirlx i wash it 3 times a week and barley use straightners only on my fringe as it goes all curley and sticks up as i have curly/ wavy hair. Also i always use heat protection spray. But i have dyed it. Do u know any good sprays or anything. plus thanks for the advice :) =)
@kapolarmusic sorry i dont know any good sprays because i never use any of them because i dont need them, how often do you dye your hair? pantene is a good product to use =]
CAN YOU DO A MILEY CYRUS BRAID WHEN SHE'S IN JIMMY FALLON LIVE SHOW? :) most people do a tutorial like that but it doesnt come out good, i know when you do it its perfectly awsome and easy! :)
first of all, i'm totally a freak of hairstyling tutorials in youtube and i have to say you're really the best i've seen. you show the prettiest looks we've always seen on red carpets all over the world, and proving they're not difficult to do at all. congrats from spain! (by the way, "ensaladilla rusa" is one of my favourite dishes haha)
You are fantastic, beautiful and lovely! :) I always wondered how to get this look! :) How is the second part of the tutorial called?? that look is amazing! O.O
im capable of doing this but i have to stop. the reason is because i lose my place. :( the hair gets tangled when i have naturally straight hair. does any one have advice to keep my hair in place n not get mixed up?? please respond! (:
@hpglasses7 You could try making your hair a little damp before braiding it? So the hair doesn't move around as much and you get better control with the strands. I know what you mean, my stick straight hair gets tangled all the time and the braid just comes out looking messy ):
Reallly neet hairstyle!! I always wondered how to do this, and now I know how 2!!:):). I just did it, and I have to say, for my first time i did pretty good!
LUV IT!!!!! IV BEEN WONDERING HOW TO DO THIS!!!! But if u hav bangs, should you braid them in or pull them off to the side while you do this????!!!!!!!?!!!?!!!??
@karinaglamorous thats how i french braid and the difference is a braid is when you put the strands on top of eachother and inside out is when they go under… hope this helped
So what happens if you add the outside hair to the ouside strands instead of the middle one? and what is the difference between a regular braid and an inside out braid?
@KarinaGlamorous You do add hair to the outside strands. The regular french braid sets inside your hair. And the inside out one sets on top of your hair.
@lilithedarkmoon haha, in the UK, we call a plait what you call a braid.. and a braid a piece of hair with colourful string wrapped around it, with beads at the end:) normally we get it on holiday :D unless thats just me :P
@lilithedarkmoon A technical distinction I've read about is that a braid is flat, whereas a plait is round (or square, depending on the plait and number of strands). This distinction is more important for braiding cordage than hair, I suspect.
