  • From the LP entitled Pat! ...I believe

  • The song was written for Elvis Presley, but the demo sat around Elvis' house and he never recorded it. Do a youtube search for Million Dollar Quartet and you'll hear Elvis sing it the way it was written for him.

  • Thanks for the share Bluestingerborg.

  • One of my favorite Pat Boone songs.

  • I could sing this to any girl i see.

  • if you play the old 78's on a low track weight with a modern stylus they sound great if the old steel needles haven't done em in

  • A Top 5 hit for Pat Boone in 1957. It was kept out of the #1 spot by Elvis (Too Much) and Tab Hunter (Young Love). Hunter also kept Sonny James out with Young Love, which James had out at the same time.

  • haha it just really doesnt sound right hearing a song like this on a machine as grand as this :) ...wait,that kind of doesnt make much sence lol

  • LOL. If you think that sounds weird, you should have heard "Grease" and "The Buggles" played on it. I used to have spare copies of those albums & play them on this. The volume wasn't as good, and the steel needle chewed up the vinyl, but it worked alright. If I can find one of them, I might post a song from one of them.

  • what album is this?

  • It's just the 78rpm 10" single

  • @gramophoneshane ...from Pat! I believe...

  • A good song by a great singer, really enjoyed listening to it.
