Amazing! You can actually see the brain-washing taking place at 3:58. The poor kids don't have a clue what he's talking about or what answer he is expecting. They are desperately looking for clues in his body-language and that of their peers. No wonder they end up saying "No" while they nod their heads!

This is shameful. Creationists have the audacity to go into an institute of science and then paint it with slander. How would they like it if atheists went to church and vocally refuted each and every statement the pastor said? The beauty of being a creationist is that one can always be the aggressor, not the victim. You never have to apologize for bad behavior or for being wrong.
@whittle4u GO TO A MUSEUM you fickwhit. Or pay attention in school. Or do some fucking research. Or look at the georraphic distribution of animasl. Or, hell, study selective breeding.
You remind me of the Theists in this video, who move on from the bones to the statues and then complain that they're looking at artwork not scientific evidence.
You... you would seriously rather argue with me than do what I told you to do, wouldn't you? You're actually so ignorant and anti-intelectual that you would rather get into a flame War than actually seek information. AND you're projecting your narrow-minded pig-headed I-better-not-think-about-anything-incase-god-punishes-me-for-it way of thinking (or "Faith") onto us.
DO SOME FUCKING RESEARCH. You asked a quesation. I answered it. FUCKING LOOK AT IT and THINK for once.
@dechha1981 Ive seen the info potty mouth. I'm 41 years old, its not like I was born yesterday, I just don't beleive that evolution nonsense. I didn't even say anything about God, or religion. You beleiving in someone elses info is faith. Don't be mad at me because you are gullable enough to beleive that silly crap.
Oh I'm fucking sorry, is the stupid fucking shithead who fucking projects his own fucking narrow-minded fucking big-headed-fucking fear of being fucking caught by God questioning his own fucking beliefs onto everyone else fucking obsessed with fucking swear words? Why else would it fucking even occur to you that fucking ANYONE would take ANYTHING on fucking "Faith"?
@whittle4u The only reason you don't see evidence is because you ignore any evidence that is given. Like anything regarding transitory fossils, selective breeding and so forth, you pretend there are holes in the reasoning and logic. I assume, ASSUME that you believe in Creation, that some being designed the world as it is, and as you have no evidence (other than a single book) then you have more creditability than a theory that has a lot of scientific evidence.
@Tahlorn Like I said, no evidence. If evolution was true, we would be up to our necks in transitional fossils, but there is not a single one, only drawings. So what if I believe in creation. The burden of proof is on the evolutionist, not me. This isn't a creation/evolutionist debate. I just am simply asking for real evidence for evolution which no one can produce.
@whittle4u Like I said, you ignore the facts because it make you feel better, or you are afraid of being wrong. There ARE transitional fossils, what you (and people that say the same thing) want are transitional between the transitional. My dad is 6'6". I am 6'10". Your argument would say this is wrong and there is no evidence, as there is no 6'7", 6'8", and then 6'9" relative between me and my father. give me real proof of creation, outside of the Bible. The burden is on you.
@whittle4u 1. What would it take for you to trust evolution? If you set an unreasonable standard, then no one has any reason to take you seriously. That's ignorance, not a deficiency on evolution's part.
2. Fossils are extremely hard to form. Less than 1 percent of all life CAN be fossilized (not counting creatures in poor environments or body parts too soft for fossilization).
3. What do you think a transitional form is? I think definition is the problem here.
@MrKevin624 Most my family is Repub and they, for the most part, believe in evolution. It's the far-right, fundy fucks that don't believe in evolution.

Dinos died out because they ate the tripe that caveman Nazis were cooking in order to assassinate JFK aboard Noah's Ark before throwing the unicorns overboard!!!!
@KonradAdenauer actualy the belive of the church was that objects had their own will, and wanted to be in contact with the earth cos earth was center of all things. this is why galileos idea was so hated at the time. but we prove them wrong did we. earth is not the center and sky is not a dome.
If you go anywhere else in the world evolution is just about completely accepted. It's only in the United States that some ignorant people refuse to accept fact. Evolution does not in any way discard the rest of the bible after genesis, neither does the big bang. Ofcourse i myself am an agnostic atheist, but there is nothing to say there could not be a god,
Beause bullshit like "intelligent design" ends up in court where it could conceivably end up being taught in schools. I'm all for freedom of speech, media and freedom of just about everything. But when there's a significant percentage of people who want that taught in schools, I think it's time to stop listening and start telling them why they don't know what's best for their own kids.
on the plus side that only seems to be happening in the U.S. not where I live anyway, and at least it gets shut down in court, thanks to the fact that in court there is no chance for misrepresentation, which is the only hope for the creationist/ID lobby

Well than you little faggot, why don't you call Creationalist "Scientists"? Since they also believe in science and in fact science proves cration, everything Monsatan does in a lab with GMO proves creation, albeit evil. I like a fair fight little faggot, so I'll stick up for the creationist, since I don't see them resorting to dirty little deceitful tricks like Evilutionist do. No, I don't go to church, but you're equally full of bingo little creep.
I Love that last picture where the cloud of faith + the arm out weighs the evidence of evolution....
I wonder how and what melding the two ideas of evolution and creation would settle in peoples stomachs! ... So I ate some acid, and it defiantly pushed my boundaries of thinking slightly further than expected... Actually, I kinda fucked up and ate it to the point of a verge of mental delusion. I spoke a different tongue. Was pointed out one day. I stopped taking it. The end.
one last thing... those two men should be ashamed of them selves for publicly mentally abusing those young playable and impressionable minds. ....doesn't surprise me one bit that this shit is considered acceptable.
LOL - Well, they would have to be at this stage, wouldn't they?
It's like the 'trinity' is a kind but delusional euphemism for split personality which . . if it were presented that way, I'd be likely to accept as a piece of insight.
When the US falls to the Creationists, they can always have another religeous war to convert any nation that manages to remain scientifically literate, and thus more accomplished and richer, by force. Worked in the past. They think it will work in the present and the future. And, if by some fluke, the world is destroyed, their "creator" will redeem and save them.
It's so sad to see this garbage being pushed on kids. I'd love to see this "museum" for myself but I'd be laughing as soon as I went through the doors. LMFAO great vid dechha
I think you're thinking of a different museum. This was a FAKE tour through a rEAL museum. To my knowledge there's only one creation Museum somewhere in America, but there's Real museums all over the world.
They rule out creationism in schools, but they can't on voluntary trips. I would make homeschooling illegal, but I guess too many stupid parents would start throwing bombs.
Funny, if anyone here is old enough to remember, these nuts used to say fossils were just made up by God to confound people and test their faith. They were never real animals. Now, T. rex was real and ate veggies. What next?
"Funny, if anyone here is old enough to remember, these nuts used to say fossils were just made up by God to confound people and test their faith. They were never real animals. Now, T. rex was real and ate veggies. What next? "
You have made one of the best points about these people. They also claimed that creationism was right, then intelligent design was right, then macroevolution doesn't exist but microevolution does...
They fail on their own terms: every claim is weak (false)
i love the 6-10 thousand years crowd. my wife was a home schooled christian. Once I opened a few of her text books from school. It was the biggest bunch of shit I have ever looked at. Also it was half the size of your typical history or biology text book.
How convenient for T-Rex that his teeth just so happen to be useful for eating flesh, despite the fact that god designed his teeth for eating fruit and vegetables.
I'm also currently home-schooled and loving it, but Neeboopsh is right in saying that it's an accurate generalization of the home-schooling environment. It's unfortunate to see the home-schooling system as an excuse to teach whatever you want to children, but that's the reality.
However, for thkaal1's nephew and niece as well as myself, it's a great educational option if used properly.
The kids know it a joke!...You can tell by the looks on their faces, they are like wtf? I 'll just answer from repetition in a group to be the same and not to be singled out? Fucking brainwashing pricks the lot of them!
the majority of homeschooled kids in the U.S. are evangelicals and other christians. they do not learn real things. :) painting with a broad stroke works statistically. dont get offended
Well, all I can say is that Home Schooling is basically something I don't know much about at all. to most people outside the U.S. it's a fairly alien idea. But, if under certain circumstances it actually works then so be it.
I hate this, people giving freedom a bad name. Fuck. The misuse of freedom seems to be its antithesis, not tyranny. What a bizarre thought I just had.
These Creationists and their ilk make retards look intelligent. Actually, I give retarded people a lot more credit because they have an excuse. Creationists are just in denial and constantly have to use their faith as a means to lie to themselves.
Animals didn't kill because they were created before original sin. (retarded)
The earth is 6-10,000yrs. old. (retarded)
If your mentally handicapped and reading this (no offense). Also, pat yourself on the back. Your smarter than a Creationist.
The most depressing bit for me was watching that boy say that science is his favourite subject as he has any chance of becoming a real scientist ripped away from him by these delusional morons. Still, these people think exorcism is medicine and praying is actually doing something. It's not funny, just really, really sad.
There has been talk in the news recently of the US losing its position of dominance. Looking at this, it's easy to see why.
No death before the fall, eh? So what did they eat back then? Cells are alive, so you can't eat plants. No accidental deaths either, tyrannosaurus steps on a mouse?
Cells in our own bodies die, and are replaced all the time, that didn't happen back then?
Just wondering...
I also wonder what would they say about real science tour for kids in creation museum, debunking their crap?
why the hell would the museum allow these fucktards to do their own tours and give bad information to kids? by allowing this shit to go down on their own turf, they are letting science be trampled.
Well, actually, it's better than NOT allowing it. I myself went on an excersion to a museum when I was still in Catholic school, and now I'm an Atheist. If the IDiots don't take their kids to a Real museum it's easier to claim there's no transitionbal forms.
The calculation about the generations they showed is flawed, because it would be 800x7 if each generation had their kids when they were 800 years old, but if they had kids when they were 20, it would basically work the same way as normally, only you would end up with many great great grand parents :)... Don't worry guys, please, I'm no creationist, I was just pointing out the wrong assumption the producers made about the generations :) (now I hope I didn't hand those lunatics over any weapons :)

Alpha bravo charlie is right.

Alpha1Bravo1Charlie1 3 years ago 16
on the plus side that only seems to be happening in the U.S. not where I live anyway, and at least it gets shut down in court, thanks to the fact that in court there is no chance for misrepresentation, which is the only hope for the creationist/ID lobby

The end.

At 2:42 the tour guide asserts that "Jesus (not 'God' but Jesus) is our designer and our creator of everything that was ever made" - just stupid.
They can't even get the party line right. I suppose that next they'll claim that Jesus created Mary and Joseph.
In my book that's referred to as lying bastards. That's Christian morality for you.
luerwulf 3 years ago 2
luerwulf, they DO believe jesus created mary - they believe jesus is their GOD and creator. Christians are complete loonies.

You have made one of the best points about these people. They also claimed that creationism was right, then intelligent design was right, then macroevolution doesn't exist but microevolution does...
They fail on their own terms: every claim is weak (false)

I'm also currently home-schooled and loving it, but Neeboopsh is right in saying that it's an accurate generalization of the home-schooling environment. It's unfortunate to see the home-schooling system as an excuse to teach whatever you want to children, but that's the reality.
However, for thkaal1's nephew and niece as well as myself, it's a great educational option if used properly.

C0ct0pus 3 years ago
it's public funded, meaning that they can't reject these abominations of "education", no matter how retarded they are.
alcari 3 years ago
Well, actually, it's better than NOT allowing it. I myself went on an excersion to a museum when I was still in Catholic school, and now I'm an Atheist. If the IDiots don't take their kids to a Real museum it's easier to claim there's no transitionbal forms.
dechha1981 3 years ago

The calculation about the generations they showed is flawed, because it would be 800x7 if each generation had their kids when they were 800 years old, but if they had kids when they were 20, it would basically work the same way as normally, only you would end up with many great great grand parents :)... Don't worry guys, please, I'm no creationist, I was just pointing out the wrong assumption the producers made about the generations :) (now I hope I didn't hand those lunatics over any weapons :)
