Hi, I have 2 questions, in hindsight, if you had to do it over, would you do a long round again? Would you recommend a long round to a first-timer (R1)? I'm starting at 244'ish, sublingual, RxHCG.

@Sourpusscandy No I sure wouldn't. Looking back it was harder mentally and the food deprevation can drive you crazy.

Hi & Thank you! I've been on two rounds of phase 2...the 1st round was for 74 days and I'm on my 2nd round right now currectly on day 76. I've lost a total of 73.5 lbs so far...I have 18 lbs more to go to get to my goal. I'm on hcgdieters group on yahoo.

Well, I'd have to say my personality hasn't ever changed...I think I'm just more comfortable in front of a camera...(my ex-enemy!) I also don't like to put people to sleep while listening to me. lol. How r u doin?

I am still VERY uncomfortable making vids, still so odd to me to talk to myself. I'm doing okay. 7 days back on vlcd and it caught up with me. Not sure if I didn't load enough or what..but got VERY weak. Never had that happen before. So I am loading again for two days and starting over. I dropped 10 lbs in 7 days, maybe was too fast who knows.

I truly don't know how I can be on so long myself. lol. I just do it. I will do this until I get to 130 lbs! The immunity was just a theory anyways not a proven fact. I'm not immune many clinics keep their clients on the hcg until their goals are met also.

NOOOO I dont do any cleansing. That is not recommended during ph2. I just drink the Smooth Move tea thats all. Yeah, that website is disgusting...ick. btw I dont have your email.
