Ok, BOE tells that the son's of God mated with the daugher's of men producing blood thirsty giants.  This is not taught in the Bible at all; let me explain: The son's of God were decedents of Able, who were true Christians who kept the Commandments of God and the faith of Jesus. The daughter's of men were the decedents of Cain, who were idol-worshipers; non-christians. Able's decedents didn't intermarry with the decedents of Cain for fear losing their faith, which is exactly what happened.

continued: BOE says that 200 fallen angels who were the ones that mated with the daughter's of men (Cain's decedents) producing blood-thirsty giants! Oh boy! Bible teaches no such thing!

Before the flood the Bible tells us that men lived to be 900 plus years old and were between 15 to 19 feet tall. After the flood God shortened men's lives for man's sake.

No blood-thirsty giants eating people up!

The BOE is a false book, which goes against the Word of God; the Bible.

Read Genesis chapter 6 verses 2 through 4. It is absolutely in there.

Gen 6:2-4 Is talking of Able's decendents (sons of God) saw how beautiful Cain's descendants (daughter's of men) were, and took wives. When it says "son's of God"in the Bible, it 's talking about Able's children who kept God's Laws and the faith of Jesus, whereas the daughter's of men were cain's children who were idol worshippers. In those days the people were considered giants compared to us today. The Bible says they were twice our height plus. No bloodthirsty giants. No evil fallen angels.

Where do you get that piece of Bible history? The beginning of chapter 6 looks like it is talking inclusively about all men, and then separately talks about sons of God, as a different entity.

united, if you'll read from Gen. 1 you'll see where it all fits perfectly together. The Bible does teach about the sons of God and the daughter's of men, and if you start from the beginning, you'll see the true picture. If ever in doubt, pray for guidance, then read the previous chapter; it'll always give you a truer perspective on the subject. God bless

The sons of God are also referred to in Job 6:1. Isn't that kind of ironic - Genesis chapter 6 and Job chapter 6, where the sons of God are the fallen angels who came with Satan who asked the Lord for permission to test God.

I don't believe that God minces His words, so I take Him literally.

But let's do like the Bible says and not wrangle with words. We will find out when we get to Heaven, very soon, see you there. JESUS IS LORD!!!!

Job 6 is talking about the sorrow Job has about losing his children and cattle and such. No where does it talk about the sons of God. Let me ask you something. Do you think we are the only created being God has ever made? Or do you think God created other beings on other planets? It is an intriguing thought isn't it. Personally, I believe there are other beings in our universe. It is so vast that we would be closed-minded to think we were the only ones that God created don't you think so?

Let me see if I can explain something, from eternity God created angels fully grown. They are God's helpers, kinda like a butler, cook, gardener would be to a wealthy man. We, the human race are made in the image of God; hence the "children of God". Human beings are like the wealthy man's kids. Do you see where I'm going with this? Yeah, Angels are referred to as 'stars' or 'clouds' but never 'sons of God' that is our title only, because God created us in His image. I hope this is clear now.

Also, I believe there are people on different planets in this vast universe. I'd be insane not to believe there are other worlds out there that doesn't have beings on them. The reason I bring this up is to explain Job 1:6 "Now there was a day when the sons of God came to present themselves before the Lord, and Satan also came among them. 7 And the Lord said Lord said to Satan, "From where do you come?" So Satan answered the Lord and said, "From going to and fro on the earth, and from walking ...

Notice: 'and Satan also came among them' it does not say Satan came "with" them, but "among" them. This show that Satan didn't necessarily come 'with' the sons of God.

Since only human beings; those that God created in His image, are called "sons of God", I think these sons of God being talked about here, came from another created planet in the universe, among many inhabited planets, that present themselves to God possibly on a regular bases. We were made in His image, thus sons of God.

"The Book Of Enoch"? Where did you get that? It isn't part of the Bible.

The reason it isn't in the Bible is because it contradicts the rest of the Bible. Leave it alone; walk away from it before you get sucked into it's false word. Listen to the guidance of the Holy Spirit. He will show you these truthsk, my brother.

Actually I checked it out for myself Lulu4Him, It completely agrees with scripture. Including all the prophecy. I am shocked at how accurate it is!!!! I had to know for myself. "Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you"-Matthew 7:7 What a blessing!!!

Lulu4Him, reread Jude 1:14. The book of Jude is only one chapter, but it is packed! It is the book right before Revelation.

What about Jude? It is Christ's half brother Jude who is warning the members of the tares among them. He tells them to defend the truth because the tares only cause confusion. He reminds them about the rebellious angels that were cast out of heaven with Satan. He also reminds them that God saved Israel from Egypt, but later destroyed those who went astray. Jude says how Satan argued for the body of Moses, but God rebuked him. Enoch prophesied about what will happen to these kinds of men (tares)

continuing ... Enoch saw in vision God coming to Earth with ten thousands angels to judge the wicked; Enoch was shown the second coming of Jesus at the end of earth's history. He told the apostles that scoffers would come in the last days, continuing to be part of the church. There is nothing about fallen angels mating with sons of God; No bloodthirsty giants. Just Christ's step brother warning the church about the tares; Using Enoch's vision as part of his warning of the last days.

Genesis 6:2-4 you will find "The sons of God saw that the daughters of men..and they took wives for themselves. Then the LORD said, My Spirit shall not strive with man forever. The Nephilim (KJvs says Giants) were on the earth in those days, and also afterward, when the sons of God came in to the daughters of men, and they bore children to them. Those were the mighty men who were of old, men of renown." Verse 5-7 God regrets making mankind and vows to blot all off the earth save Noah ect.

Yes, there were giants in those days; just not the kind (bloodthirsty) of giant spoken of in the book of Enoch (BOE). Every body was a giant in those days compared to our time. They were twice our height, but After the flood, man became shorter and God shortened our lives from 1000 years to 100 years, for man's sake.

Jude 1:6- "And angels who did not keep their own domain, but abandoned their proper abode..." You don't think that it is possible for such a thing to happen? Stranger things have happened (or I should say impossible to wrap my mind around) during the past 6000 years or so.

Yes I do, and it did happen; when Satan was thrown out of heaven to earth with one third of the angels. The BOE says that those fallen angels mated with the daughters of man, but this did not happen. They have misunderstood the Bible because they have believed the BOE, which is not part of the Bible, but a fable; what we'd call a fictional book.
