lol amazin car, and the musik... a+ loll. Im considerin the gti as my first car, but idk, a side of me thinks of it as a wimpy car, idk if u know what i mean. Like is there any sex appeal to it, does it catch that eye u know what im saying.

I wasn't sold on the exterior looks either. But if you can climb inside one and take it for a run on a windy road, you will be sold. The interior is near perfect and the handling/performance characteristics of this car are spot on.

yea thanks, i had finally brought one but some fuckin trucker decided it was cool to speed on wet roads and rammed my car from behind. U coulda guessed... totaled. I got into a fight wit him after the crash because before he hit me he was playin games with me on the road. But anyway 4 the month that i had it it was an awesome car and i agreed on the looks. I picked up a 350z though after the accident, i felt that i needed a little more omph. But if i get the extra cash ill consider another 1.

@dave451pr hell yea man! nothing says class like a vw i mean you could get riced out honda or something but that just shows that you want to show off with the gti your getting pure class... The loudest person in the room is usually the weakest and the gti i so much more elegant.

@dave451pr I'm picking up my GTI tomorrow. I love it. You have to have the VDUB blood inside of you. It's always fun to drive and its a peppy little fuel efficient car. No way is it a wimpy car. Get it. And upload some videos! Pass on the VW LOVE

Hey, I got a 2007 GTI and I have never seen that compass thing. How did you get that to display?

It might only be an option on the navigation equipped GTIs. Does yours have navi? If so, just flip through the menus with the steering wheel controls. It should show up.
