Israel, India, Pakistan, North Korea, Belgium, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Turkey (these last five under NATO sharing). I agree with you that Israel should sign the NPT and acknowledge what the world already knows. Either you believe in nonproliferation (no matter who has them) or you don't. Very simple. Go express your thoughts about the UN somewhere relevant.

Does that not raise the risk of their use in armed conflict? Again, you either believe in nonproliferation or your don't. The movie Thirteen Days really did an excellent job depicting this historical happening. The movie itself was extremelly good. Bruce Greenwood plays amazing authority figures. The only bad thing about the movie was Costner's attempt at a Boston accent.
