  • brilliant cheers for the advice.

  • I was thinking of getting a 12 kg bulgarian bag, but was just wondering which weight I should get? Because using a chart of your weight - the weight of the bag suitable, I fitted into the 12kg bag category. However, I'm only 165 pounds and everyone else I have seen on videos using a 12 kg is significantly more muscular and heavier built than I am, and I'm 15. Any advice? great video by the way.

  • @leotheginger Grab an equivalent weight in a dumb bell and try a few of the motions to see what feels good.

Go a little lighter to be on the safe side to be honest.

I made mine at 40 lbs and it was way too heavy to start with. I dropped 10 lbs of sand out of it and it's still heavy but usable. I'm 42 and workout 3-4 times per week already. I wanted something to keep my workouts interesting.

  • @Shanti09789 cheers for the advice. very helpful

  • cool stuff!

  • Nice!!

  • Nice exercises

  • what the hell is a bulgarian bag? just get a bag or a backpack and put some weight in it

  • @kredit787 well a bulgarian bag is something where every stupid hating fuck like you , where your mama's puss is hidden inside , thank you for your cooperation mr. kredick787

  • quanto ti è costato farla arrivare in italia.....

  • I have to get one of these bags, how much does it weigh?

  • Great Video! Your stamina and physical constitution is marvelous!

  • Got to love these bags. Good selection of move to demo. Nice work.

  • Very Nice - I like the explosive exercises. i made my own bag as seen in another video on youtube

  • Nice tool. I like the videos because of all the exercises shown.
