Pete Seeger is more than a mindful American. He's been a mindful Person, deeply concerned for all people, everywhere. He's taught us all the 'meaning' of human rights and the importance to not just talk about them, but to carry them out as active individuals. He's a role model to any generation, true today as much, or more, than he ever was.

Saw the film at its premiere. Fabulous. The clips of him singing at his prime ate wonderful. Jim Brown did a real nice job of giving us a very accurate and personal view of Pete, which I hope will be the definitive biography of him.
