I bought a squeeze bottle, and it worked perfectly, and I don't even need to use the netty pot anymore. It took about three months of using it every day.

i have an important question... i have a neti pot and i used it a few times. And every time after i use it, my nose feels stuffy again though there is no mucus. After awhile, i would start having my sinus attacks again. Is it possible that the neti pot just made my sinusitis worse?

Take a shower before using a neti pot.
