Not trying to steal anyone's thunder but the differences between the motors is the capacity (voltage) and which in turn will produce the following RPMs

2200 at max voltage is 55,440rpms

2650 at max voltage is 44,520rps

the higher voltage capicity on the 2200 makes it hit harder out of the hole and gives it more top end. but on a smaller battery the 2650 would outperform the latter.

@721069 Ok, sorry for my misunderstood, In my opinion these motors 2200KV and the 2650KV are very good, I really like. The 2650KV is better for lightweight cars like Buggy, and on road 1/8, and the 2200KV is better for trucks.

@coelhocaue Well there's where your wrong. what's faster a 2650 or 2200? you say 2650 for light cars... well actually it's the 2200. why you ask? well simply because it's more efficient and gearing will play a role in every thing. Say you take a rustler for example. use mamba max pro 7700 or the 9000, and take the mamba monster 2200. which is fastest? The 2200 is the winner because you can gear it to go fast due to the torque. Look up "draven3907" if you don't believe me.

Up to now,I think the most difficult modification should be the 2 speed pinion gear, it is hard to find them especially the 2speed pinion adapter with the long neck. Looking forward your help and suggestion.

if you look at the rustler vxl that have a 3500kv motor with a 3s goes around that speed
