@MrKaoVue - I know the stickers is a lot but its the only way I can show its mine lots would copy my car without opening engine hood. If you really look at the stickers I have the original stickers from back in 2001 Nisei Car Showoff in Japan Town , Chinatown Showoff Los Angeles and Japanaese Classic Carshow 2005. That I can be proud because I got trophies on both shows that my 510 entered. Thanks for the comment.

@Rotary1 lol yeah i get what you mean, but did you buy it restored or did you restored it yourself?

@MrKaoVue - Restored hell no, My 510 was primer with Pep Boys spray paint cans, only driver seat, no back seats, no headliner and all insulators are all original rubber that is cracking badly, all window, door rubbers and trunk was shot. I change the half shaft to handle the power. Snap the U-joints twice so CV joint was the best for the power. Change the hinges on both doors. In all I did all the restorations except the engine and the paint that is 10 years old but the unibody is straight.

@54thAggressors - Thank you! I did a lot of work in span of 7 years. James of Krazzy RPM does great fabrications work on any cars, give him a call 760-949-4424. James can help you finish your ride. He just help finish my friends RX2 and 510 did all the fab work on the motor, tranny, exhaust, polishing, welding etc, from front to back. James work on my friends 510 and is a lot sicker than mine. He does drag, drift and show car. He is very busy just leave a message. He does all the work!

Did you have to use a custom driveshaft, or did you use the stock one? Btw, really nice car, I love all the mods you did to it ;D

@TheGavinch - I did have a stock RX7 driveshaft with a modified differential end u-joint to fit a Subaru LSD that lasted 3 years till it exploded in the freeway, shattered the u-joint in pieces. And to think that it was supposed to be race-proven from Japan! Now I have a custom made V8 driveshaft that I am using that is holding up really well. Thank you for viewing.

@Rotary1 do your yellow high beams actually put out that much light? I like the look but I also live by some back roads that get awfully dark at night or would you suggest having the outers high/low and the inner yellows just for look.

@esfreerider - Not bright but enough for California fog. I have a friend that uses this, 5006 H5001 4 Projector Headlights Chrome 5.75 from Ebay for $40. Its pretty bright at night. I like the old school amber lights of the Mercedes Benz and BMW look, thats why I keep it this way.

@kahoalii95 - As long as you have the measurement for the drive shaft that you need anything is possible. Rotary is very easy to put in any car rear wheel drive car. I'm still amaze how VW owner put rotary in. Now thats Crazy and Cool!!!!

Dude no way! I also had a 1993 300ZX. It was Twin Turbo with about 420 Horse 380 Torque and the guy who had it before me put a body kit and custom all wheel steering with independent suspension in the rear. Was a sweet ride, picked it up at a police auction back in 1998 at the beginning of my Senior year. Should NEVER listen to a NAVY recruiter when they say "sell your car, you'll be on a ship" Right, I never saw a Ship lol. anyways I liked my 1976 I had as well. God I miss having a sportscar...

Wow. Rotary, this is MY idea of a CAR. My love for sports cars is because of a 1972 Datsun 510 going 110mph, but it was not a rotary. Very Cool.

Back in Japan, Mazda RX3 and Datsun 510 have battled. Both has countless racing history. My first car was an RX3 and I fell in love with rotary engine. RX3 is very hard to find and the parts are rare. Got a Datsun 510 because of the great oldschool look, suspension geometry, and abundance of parts still available. I wanted to combined the best of both worlds. I appreciate your comment. Thank you.

yeah mine is a gsl-se 6 port with a holley 650 instead of fuel injection. blew the coolant seals the other day tho.i would like to go turbo like you in my rx7. i also own a 73 rx2 on my page check it out. not very good quality video but it's near mint.
