None of the people in the area who WERE armed were identified as such nor targeted. These are facts which have already been confirmed. Our troops attacking them the first time was a judgment call. Our troops were NOT allowed to fire on the van, nor on the building the wounded people were in (which occurred after the end of this video).

None of the people in the area who WERE armed were identified as such nor targeted. These are facts which have already been confirmed. The point of leaking the video was to show the casualties of war and needless loss of life that results from such simple mistakes and violations of the ROE.

Our troops attacking them the first time was a judgment call. Our troops were NOT allowed to fire on the van, nor on the building the wounded people were in (which occurred after the end of this video).
The only ones violating rules were our troops. That's the reason for this video. Nobody else was doing anything wrong, and they died for it.

I'm confused... at 1:25-1:35 I see someone aim an RPG at the helicopter. 10 seconds later the helicopter circles the building and mows down the threat. If journalists want to mingle with terrorists to get a story.. well.. that's the story they get.
