sounds like the scxd amp takes overdrive pedals pretty well. Are you just using the clean channel (channel 1) or one of the voices on channel 2? Sounds good!
I got one of these guitars last week. Killer tone! What neck profile do you have? (30/60 slim or '59 fat?) I have the slim neck but it's still really chunky. Great video! Thanks for this.
They're different. The power screamer is a variation on the tube screamer, the small fry is a more refined and modern sound. I'd use the power screamer for classic rock solos, and the small fry for a Robben Ford type of tone, less wild and more refined.
So you buy a guitar like that and then you ruin the sound with a dist effect? Well...
