  • Awesome movie. But jacks smile was just creepy XD

  • I get that you are Canadian. And I think Canada is a great Country. However I don't understand why Jack Skellington was in Canada On Christmas Morn. Not trying to be mean. But If Jack Skellington was not in HalloweenTown or delivering Evil Christmas Presents He'd Probably stay the Night In America.

  • wow thats so good, it's just like skeleton productions did it themselves!

  • Good job!

  • Thanks - more on the way.

  • that was soooooooooooooo cool!

  • Thanks - I'm glad you enjoyed it. I love making stop-motions. They take a lot of time though. Maybe Steve Jobs will see and try to get the Apple iPhone up to Canada some day !

  • That looks like it took some serious effort. Nice job :)

  • Thanks - no gravity defying tricks like the characters in your Halloween short !

  • Haha, this is what I love about stop-motion. It resembles magic in that it tricks the mind into seeing something that isn't there. The only "tricks" I used was I connected a string between the pumpkin and table to control it's roll down and back up and a couple of pins held the eye pieces in place as they slid down the face. Other then that it was just basic moving the pieces around the table and taking pictures. Thanks :)

  • Oh ya, there was one other. When the knife raises the match, the blade was placed on small wood blocks that were later erased using the basic mac paint program. That one was a little tricky but still not too complicated if you've used one of those programs before :)

  • I'll have to pick up a Mac - I'm running a 2nd hand Compaq Laptop, a $19 web cam and some Freeware - Stop Motion Animator - I wish I could do this for a living !

  • Awesome video Rod! Great work!

  • Thanks JL-AIA - I can't wait to view some of your animations when they get posted. Achitecture or characters too ?

  • About 2 hours & (2000 frames).

  • Awesome! how much time does it take to make that?
