I've never even heard of this movie before but because of the Nostalgia Critic, this song, and its year of release being 1984, I REALLY REALLY want to see it.
The Ouroboros intertwined serpent is an Illuminati symbol. This film brings back my childhood memories but some of the symbols in this film are over the top.
loved this movie as a kid, thought i'd revisit the past....shoulda watched the movie and not the theme song video!!!! i still cant figure out if the singer is a man or woman

Wow, im a teenager and I born in 1994, so I didnt lived the 80s, and i just saw this movie today 16/04/2011 and this is waay better than today movies, just one of the best i have ever seen, so many messages that changed me positively.

I used to skip that part of the movie and pretend he just took his horse home because the following trip was too dangerous, or something. ;A; It was just too sad for me to take.
I have such a distinct memory of loving this film so much as a kid. But i cant remember anything about it at all, not the story of it or anything, just the memory of adoring it.
They have the right idea with song structure and melody and everything but I'm sorry the Birthday Massacre version of this song completely blows this out of the water...completely

Of course this film was creepy. The Never Ending Story is a Modern day fairytale. All fairy tails are creepy I mean come on, its part of their nature. A fairytale is just a stones throw away from a horror film.
@triplequarter Not really. A balance CGI should support the story. Not the other way around. Hollywood is getting lazier and exhausted in making good movies as time passes. I'd rather play video games--it is their time.
