i dont pull with arms i pull with traps, i was just asking, i kno all need to know, but its just the fear of the catch that somtimes prevent me fron catching the bar low. i mean when you pulls the bar above the abs that should sould be there should be mininum bar drop and not that much pressure to absorb, but as i said its the fear of catching low
@collwatt hmmm, well this is more of a jump shrug, I just call them snatch pulls though - Don't do snatch high pulls very much really just because it encourages the arm pull where as when you actually snatch you only bend your arms as you get under the bar, you dont really pull the bar using your arms, if that makes sense, so I avoid high pulls, I tend to do power snatch instead or muscle snatch on occasion.
haha bloody hell you think thats bad lol, jesus had 3 tables of guys playing effin ping pong the other day with balls and shit flying at me, I mean it was funny but hell it was hard going lol!!

haha not as many as i should, still i train regularly for 2 hours. I train about 2 or 3 times a week like this, 1 time at the gym and often some other form of exercise as well.
hmm my 120's were a bit low i thought, i was happy with this, i can snatch "pull" around 180 kg with a "deadlift technique" but figued that this would be more useful to pull it like i snatch, so i can get a good second pull... haha i know, I hate heavy pulls, so hard to do correctly!

Nice work... noticed your hips are a good bit higher in this video compared to the 120kg pulls...gotta fight that when the weight gets heavy!!
