you dont need marathon or lightweight and you dont need to jump up and down all you need is tactical insertion and painkiller. radiation stops doing damage to you after a certain amount of time or till you die which is why painkiller is needed me and my friends did this on wasteland other than that horrible tutorial next time try the glitch in different ways with different perks before you post it up
