2nd, right click on the icon>properties>compatibility tab>check run this program in compatibility mode for> scroll and select xp

i don't face this problem in my windows vista basic. it works properly. but sometimes because of high resolution the game can't be played smoothly.May be u can remove norton and then u can try.

First stop using Norton... 2nd right click san andreas>properties>compat>run in xp sp3>apply ok. If that doesnt work update gpu drivers
