Lich King expansion made the game worse. BC was fun, but Vanilla was were the roots were.
But yea, LK just skullfcked everyone. The PvP went to crap with all the bursts. Raids went soft for casuals. BT wasn't entirely puggable back in BC, you had to know what you were doing back then. Now, with ToC, I pug it every week on my alts on different servers.
the main game is good, but as soon as you get to end game, other then the videos and environment it sucks, end game raiding is horribad, all about the 5 mans and solo play that make it good. sry but 3 months trying to beat SSC or TK is just not my cup of tea.

I recently started playing WoW. I'm still going through the trial version but so far it's not that great. I prolly won't play it after my 10 days are up. I'd rather play Runescape. You can play for free, or buy membership for only $6/month, that's half of what WoW charges. Not to mention that Runescape, although not the prettiest game to look at, has plenty to offer that WoW never will.

game basically ended in TBC. oldstyle muru was actually hard, pleasantly so. tells you something is up with wrath if for example, you get ulduar hardmodes down accidentally.

I recently started playing WoW. I'm still going through the trial version but so far it's not that great. I prolly won't play it after my 10 days are up. I'd rather play Runescape. You can play for free, or buy membership for only $6/month, that's half of what WoW charges. Not to mention that Runescape, although not the prettiest game to look at, has plenty to offer that WoW never will.
I also have yet to check out Aion and Guildwars.

game basically ended in TBC. oldstyle muru was actually hard, pleasantly so. tells you something is up with wrath if for example, you get ulduar hardmodes down accidentally.

WoW has changed for the worse. They are making it to easy which makes the game waaaaaaaaay boring and non original when it comes to gameplay. Ive played it since the beginning and quit 6 months ago because Lich king killed the experience for me. Ill use my favorite line, it was like this.

ok seriously if one game is eating away at human values it is THIS. I play video games and have for years, and i hate the people that say video games are evil just like the rest of us.
