The canned air is a bad idea because of the cold liquid stuff that could damage the camera. An alternative is a well cleaned blower ball. When using a blower ball, just angle the camera down on a table with a moist cloth laid out. This will catch a lot of bust that falls out. This method is good but doesn't get anything really stuck to the sensor.

If you can not find a Fuji AC adapter, the Nikon one will work just fine.
