Nice setup. Tell me one thing. Why will anyone replace the original humble brushed motor which draws just about 8 amp and flies the bird beautifully with a BL motor which will drain larger current and means less endurance? Let us leave the life of motor aside.

@singhparambir, after some time, the motor wears out, BL lives much longer. and some ppl want speed, you can always use it half stick...

easy stars are nice planes, but they are a bit over-priced, i could buy a 4 channel, scale cessna with a brushless motor,

18A esc, battery, all 4 serovs included for 70 dollars, all it needs is transmitter and receiver and thats it!! the ARF easy star with body and engine only (brushed engine) costs 130 dollars!!
