The best part about this game was to just not pause and have it go into idle mode and just watch the stuff they did. I had never seen this, but I saw the umpire take the batter's bat and practice his swings only to lose grip on the bat and have it fly into the audience. that was funny.

This works best if you're pitching against the console: Without putting the game in pause mode, don't touch the controller for about a minute. The screen will then segue to various shots of the fielders, pitcher and batter... it's the first time I've seen a pitcher do that, though.

The camera shots of each player do show up on MLB07 - but due to limited memory on the PS2 when compared with PS3, you might not get individual player reactions like you saw with Andy Pettitte. PS3 took the dynamic to a whole new level.
