  • Thank you for documenting your progress. I see some stuff you are avoiding, but you will likely get around to those issues when needed. It does take some time! Getting coffee out of my life sure was progress. I only use it with chicory as a purgative sometimes. Get plastic and petroleum products out of your life, such as plastic food containers. Ella is cool. I loved being a nanny. She is trying to mimic you and speak, do you see that? Bravo.

  • Nice! I try to notice how foods make me feel. Am I in more pain? Do I feel sleepy? That sort of thing. We're all different. I've also enjoyed interacting with other people and encouraging them to comment on me. I ask if I can make suggestions back. Here in France, we actually do make small talk about what we like to eat, which I guess makes sense cuz this is a big food culture. My spouse is huge on vegetables now and I think that's great. I benefit, too, of course! Uprated.

  • G4T Carbs are your friend. Start eating them. Your body will convert excess protein into glucose because your body needs glucose to function properly. It is called Gluconeogenesis. Also, Coconut fats are medium chain triglycerides which act in a similar manner to carbs in that they are absorbed quickly. Although they will still only provide you with ketones. Just eat what you want to while maintaining a calorie deficit and obtaining all of your micro nutrients.

  • George, I recommend using lighter weights, but do more reps. For example, 12-18 reps per set for that muscle endurance & muscle definition if you're looking to do that.

  • paleo is good to lose some weight quickly. Then start working out like crazy, You'll find that the paleo diet does not support muscle growth. All I know is, When the shit hits the fan, I don't wanna be as strong as the paleo diet will allow me to be...I want to be as strong as science allows me to be. Lose the baby fat and replace it with muscle. You will be treated different just based on how fit you look. Don't overlook the advantages of being physically intimidating, could save your life.

  • @grraadd Big agriculture and government wants you to eat lots of meat. Its been estimated that beef would cost upwards of $100 a pound were it not for government subsidies. BTW grain is a polysaccharide and is not a good carb source. Feeeding grain to even cows makes them sick as they are herbivores. Thats why they have to pump them with antibiotics. Do what the facists tell you to do, beef its whats for dinner.

  • @husabutt Grain isn't fed to "cows." It's fed in feedlots to feeder cattle, generally less than one year old. While I don't agree with feeding cattle large amounts of grain, beef is far healthier than many other foods in the average American's diet.

    We could raise cattle on all grass and hay, but people demand marbling for taste, which is much easier to get on grain fed beef. You can get grass fed beef, and it sure as hell isn't $100/lb. That's just ridiculous.

    Actually if you check out my channel, there is a video of a steer we bought this from the neighbour directly beside us.

    Totally FREE range grass / hay feed only for 17 months, the meat is extreme lean some of the roasts we've had some of the bites tasted like Venison, the cows are eating the same food.

    Total cost was $2.55 per pound, we had to buy 240lbs 1/2 the animal.

    Normally don't eat beef, but now I will never eat grocery beef again & now crave Burgers all the time

  • All in all paleo in an unhealthy way of loosing weight. You have heard this before........detoxify, alkalinize, regenerate. Live food live bodies..........dead food dead bodies. I know that a raw food diet is tough especially in the winter but shortcuts don't go the distance. Good luck bro !

  • Not to be negative, George, but from my research with cancer, it's not too good to eat a lot of protein.. and no fruit or veggies? Personally, I think you looked better with the weight, but I'm a skinny person that tries to put on weight and can't.. I love fat on people, it looks healthy to me.   • @husabutt - I'm down on the front lines fighting the cancer battle..guess my comment was biased in that way without letting out my (diagnosis).. malignant melanoma stage3, they gave me a yr to live in 2004.. If I was able to put on weight, it would be a good sign that I'm making headway in the battle.. so, yes, you hit that on the head.. I think it's malabsorption..   • @4eyes2sea I am sorrry that you have to go through this. I am not a doctor just a student of health. A naturepath would probably tell you that you have interstitial lymphatic constipation. The lymph system is the sewage system of the body. The blood feeds the cells nutrition and the lymph removes the cellular waste. The waste is acidic and if not removed properly by filtering through the kidneys then it backs up causing cancers and other issues.

  • @4eyes2sea A diet that causes mucus, a acidic diet, causes the lymph to thicken and solidify. It doesn't have a pump like the blood has the heart so it susceptible to stagnation. An acidic diet causes mucus to form to protect the cells from acid damage which slows down the lymph. Acids have been shown to turn cells cancerous. The lymph nodes are like septic tanks which begin the process of breaking down the cellular sewage with bacteria. You would expect to find cancer cells there.

  • @4eyes2sea For good vibrant health no matter what condition you are facing you need to move that lymph and get it filtering through your kidneys. The only way to move very stagnant lymph is through a 100% raw fruit diet. Perhaps after 3 months or so on the raw a 30-40 day grape fast would be good. Grapes are one of the most potent fruits for cleaning out or pulling on the lymph if you will. You must also clean out the colon and regenerate your adrenal glands which will help turn

  • @4eyes2sea on your kidneys. This may take 3-6 months or more on raw fruit. You will know that you are on your way to wellville when you begin to see setiment in your urine. This tells you the kidneys are filtering good and cleaning you out. When you clean out the cellular waste then your cells can begin to heal and regenerate. Use herbs to target glands and organs to help speed up the process.

  • @4eyes2sea Go to drmorsend's you tube channel and study. Write down every health issue you have, low blood pressure etc. ( a sign of weak adrenal glands by the way) and post them on his channel. He is answering questions. He has 40 years experience and is one of the worlds great healers. He sells herbs. You might try the GI broom to clean out your colon to help with absorbtion, a lymphatic formula and a glandular for the adrenals. Move your lymph and get your kidneys filtering.

  • @4eyes2sea I watched some of your videos and saw you smoking. Cigarette smoke is acidic as is probably urine therapy although I don't know enough about it. That would be a great question for Dr. Morse. Another alternative cancer therapy is cannabis oil. If your state has medical marijuana I would check this out. Google and you tube cannabis oil. It does seem interesting.

  • All of the excessive protein that you are eating will have to be delt with by your kidneys and excreated. Its not the protein that you are eating that will burn fat and build muscle. Its all of the carbs that you are not eating that is causing your liver to convert stored fat into glucose, which is what fuels youe cells. Once you have exhausted all of your fat reserves then your body will turn muscle into gylcogen, you probably don't want that. You will have to carb up at some point.

  • Google Bill Clintons heart doctor and watch his videos and what he recommends. It will be a shocker. One thing he says is no oil, nada. Please do the research and rethink the coconut oil or any fat or oil for that matter. One last factoid, meat contains adrenaline, a hormone, which will give you a stimulant effect for awhile but have an adverse effect on you adrenal glands in the long term.

  • Obviously you are doing this for aesthetics but are compromising your lymphatic system. Eating dead flesh does not regenerate the body. It plugs up your lymph backing up the acids from the cellular waste and forms tumors, cancers and the like. Its tears down your endocrine glands. The by product of exercise is lactic acid. So by not eating any fruits which are the cleansers of the body you are dumping acids into the lymph and not removing them. The lymph backs up, now you have cell damage.

  • What got you into paleo? You must have done the research. We are not a protein species. High protein diets have been studied and have shown to cause colon cancer and kidney issues. You are young enough and don't drink milk so you are probably O.K. in the near term but long term will make you sick. If you went the way of a raw fruit and a few greens you will have a lot less saggy skin than the high protein way. Google the American Cancer Society and see what they recommend.

  • George do you intend keep using this diet from here on out or is it just a temporary thing? I think you should state what you are doing. Restricting carbs and sending your body into ketosis will definaltely cause you to lose weight rapidly but there is a cost. An acidic body sets you up for disease. We are carbon beings. Sugar is carbon. We run on it. Meat is complete protein which requires hydrocloric acid to break it down into aminos so we can use it. Aminos are found in fruit and vegies.

  • Every single cell in the human body runs on simples sugars = Carbs. The BEST source of carbs for your body are whole ripe, raw, fresh fruits and vegetables. Loading up on fried ham, wings, cheese and being carb phobic is not the way to attain true health. Good luck, regardless, you'll find your way :)

Hey George, a quick desert you can have. 1 Brick of cream cheese, 1 egg and splenda to your taste. You have to mix it all up and stick in the microwave untill cooked (not burned). After its done chill it until cool and you have a sugar free zero carb crustless cheese cake for one.
