  • top middle... is that a 2 euro coin?

  • @Ripper177 Maybe. I don't remember. But that's possible.

  • It must be the second person. In a scenario with only 4 coins, if first only one coin is taken, simply take 1 coin opposite to it. If two coins are taken, just take the remaining two. The trick is how to apply it to any number of coins.

The second person should split the circle into two equal groups. Do this by taking a coin or two (depending even or odd number of coins) opposite of the first one or two taken. I think it's fairly easy from there. Yes?

  • @Error081688 Yes!

  • Interesting. I'm guessing the second player always wins (mostly cause I read the other comments, lol), but I'm not sure why... ( :

  • You do the opposite of the player

  • The second player always wins by mirroring what the other player does in the other half of the circle.

  • @DevilsClaw You're almost there...

  • second player wins... by always taking the coins that make it three per round.

  • (that was a guess :D)

  • the second player always wins.

  • @catroolz Not necessarily. For example, if there were 4 coins, and P1 took one coin, and then P2 took either one or two coins, P1 will get the last coin. Unfortunately I don't know the solution to this coin game, so I can't fully correct you! :)
