Yes. Scene presence means a lot these days, unfortunately. I am not a big fan of make-up myself. I simply think, this song is of such high standard that it could easily take place of Katy Perry's songs on radio. In my opinion though, Katie needs to improve her apperance (a little make up would not kill). I didn't mean for it to be offensive at all and I do value her as an artist.
