if you made it correctly and it still doesn't flap then make sure you hold it in two places: at the bottom of the neck and in the middle of the tail.

the only difference between the neck and the tail is:

1. How steep you angle the two

2. The head fold

When you make the neck and the tail do the same fold for the most part (only the angle should be diff)

also take careful notice of the way i fold the wings at the end. if the crease does not reach the "anus" of the crane the wings will not flap properly

Hey dude! I will absolutely help you. Now when you open up the kite you want to turn it inside out almost. Use the two outer creases that were there and the top crease that I told you to make. For the part where you turn the triangle into a square you must put your hand inside the folds and press it down so the old fold is now flat. Watch carefully as I do it above. You'll get it no worries... ;)
