I know a few good jumps that usually work well for me:

On highrise, in the one lobby with the little latter, you can go up on the latter and jump up onto the little cafe top or whatever it is and camp there.

On terminal, on the metal staircase outside the tunnel, you can get up on the railing and sprint-jump onto the concrete ledge then sneak into the window and flank the enemy if they're in there.

Intervention with FMJ and the bullet damage perk basically always get a 1shot kill, even though it shows in stats that it has about same damage as barret .50 cal, but they aren't 100% accurate with stats, and there is no "best" sniper, it depends on your playstyle.

you can capture B on estate from the upstairs also. what I do is go up the ladder stand on the planks that join the two sides and capture B. then I will hide in the corner and pop opponents threw the window. if someone happens to get in I let them take B then they usually leave. I go and take B back without even leaving upstairs, and even if someone is watching B they usually cant see you if you are up top.
