hey buddy, i personally know the man, and well in all my years of knowing him, i have not once seen him drunk, he is not a alcholic at all and so i would shut up because bro its better to be quiet and thought a fool then to speak and remove all doubt

okay so here is the deal

He has daibetes and he hadnt eaten all day

he had some liquor, but he was not drunk, the only reason his blood test came back psotive is because he had not had enough food to delute the small amount of alchohol he had, he is also a clumsy man, i have nothing against him, but he isnt coordinated at all

and at the seen, the reason the sound cuts out is because his Maranda Rights were not read to him and his 4th amendment was also violated, illegal search and seizure

Although he obviously regrets this, I think it's a bit hypocritical, as Davenport University is a dry campus. It makes me wonder if he had been on the campus that day at all, because it's not allowed to be drunk or contain any alcohol in your system on campus. You don't see the president of the United States killing people because he's above the laws he creates.

As a student of Davenport University, I am not as embarrassed of President Flechsig as I am of the students that have reacted in a childish fashion to this situation. I am confident that President Flechsig regrets his actions, and I do not disagree that what he (or any other offender) did was wrong, but to the students of Davenport - Grow up. Show support for the institution and show some class.
