Saw these guys at the Classic Metal Fest in Kalamazoo MI summer 01. They rocked! That whole festival was awesome! Anyone else go? Too bad Halloween never got the props they deserved, they should have been more popular, they had what it took! Even a lot of die hard metalheads have never heard of them which is sad.

Rick Craig is an awesome guy. He is probably my best friend. Rick and I work together. He is responsible for my 13 year old son picking up a guitar. We go over to his house and he still pulls down the Flying V and hits it hard. He is a super guy and I consider myself lucky to have him as a friend.

Rick was definitely influenced by Iommi. Rick is starting to play some again. He is a pretty private guy, so don't expect to see him on stage anytime soon. He gets together with some friends and jams on the weekends sometimes.

Rick and I work together, and we are also best friends. I was wrong about Iommi. Rick was more influenced by Jimi Hendrix and Robin Trower. Also by Alice Cooper. Right now, Robin Trower is his favorite guitarist. He went to see him last year.

I followed Halloween, Strut and Toby Redd during the 80's. Halloween was always my favorite because of Rick Craig. Back than I always said that Halloween would have been better and went farther in the music business with a different lead singer. Halloween died when Rick Craig left the band. Not only did he play well, he had the looks that kill onstage. They needed a singer with better looks and a better voice. Rick was too good for this band.
