  • Hey, thats looks amazing!!! but what kind of mustard do you use, and do you have to roast the beets?

  • @alyowner23 you can either roast or boil the beets, but I like roasting them, it concentrates the flavor. You can use any mustard that you like, a grainy mustard, spicy mustard, regular mustard, anything :)

  • well tahini paste is just well ground sesame seeds, so if you have a good blender or food processor you can make your own tahini, just lightly toast and then grind up a whole bunch of sesame seeds :)

  • looks yummy. What I like to serve with red beets is something sweet like raisins and/or apple together with the sour vinegrette. Rucola salad also goes well with red beets and walnuts..

  • nope, feta and goat cheese are 2 different cheeses. THere is some feta made from goats milk.
